• Depending on arrival time you have the opportunity to discover Lübeck and its surroundings by bus, boat, bike, or foot with a guide or go for a shopping tour on your own. 

After the first night and a great breakfast, the guide will pick you up at the hotel.

The guided tour will take you through our unique medieval Hanseatic city. The guides won’t be showing you only the highlights such as the famous Holstentor, the town hall or St. Mary’s church, but also the hidden alleyways and courtyards.

Come and take a look at the city of the seven steeples – the city of churches which reflect both the beginning as well as the climax of the Brick Gothic style up here in the North. Join for a tour passing the town hall and historic market square, the picturesque little houses in alleyways and medieval foundations, the Hospital of the Holy Spirit, the Schiffergesellschaft (Seamen’s guildhall or Brotherhood of Captains), and much more.

The tour will end at the famous Niederegger Marzipan Museum, where you will get a private guided tour and enjoy coffee and cake at the end of the tour in the cozy Niederegger Cafe.

In the afternoon, you have free time which you can use for shopping, sightseeing or relaxing.

It could also be nice and enjoy your afternoon with a cold drink onboard a boat on the Trave. This river is going all the way around the "Old-Town-Island" and you can admire Lübecks beauty from all perspectives (an absolute must for photographers).

After breakfast, you might have time for a last stroll through the Old Town.

Maybe even a little Lunch in a typical Brewery Pub.
