Expert tips

Swim with the Penguins
Optimise your experience at Boulders beach with a "swim with the penguins".  Away from the tourist boardwalks is the secluded beach which allows one to enter in the calm waters often frequented by one or two of our penguins

Hikes and Walks at Cape Point Nature Reserve
Truly the best way to experience this magnificent part of the cape is by foot and whilst we already accommodate a trip to the top lighthouse we can surely spend more time for extra optional hikes and walks

30 minute extra walk, over looking the new lighthouse right on the point
45min - 1 hour walk from Cape Point to Cape of Good Hope via Dias beach
1- 2 hour Shipwreck Trail to the 1942 Thomas. T. Tucker along beautiful unspoiled beach
