You will be met on arrival at Maputo airport and transferred to Maputo port. From here, by boat to Machangulo Beach Resort. Please note - you will be required to wade into shallow water on arrival at the lodge.

Access to the lodge:1 and 1/2 hour boat transfer from the Maputo Marina (alternatively 6 hour 4x4 drive via Maputo Elephant Reserve). In addition, Maputo Airport to Marina transfer.

Machangulo Beach Lodge is unique in that it has a variety of accommodation styles to suit. There are privately terraced luxury rooms adjoining the main lodge, set higher on the dune, each with stunning views over the ocean and island, there are 2 groups of separate clustered rooms closer to the beach in the forest with own lounge and indoor/outdoor entertainment area ideal for small groups if required, and there are also 2 bedroom fully equipped family chalets, also located closer to the beach in the forest. And everything is interconnected with boarded walkways also serviced by golf cart for those less mobile.
Standard Packages include: Return Boat transfers from Maputo to the lodge, as well as return airport transfers to the Marina.
