Depart from Bangkok and settle into your private cabin as the train rolls through Bangkok City to countryside.

Afterwards, head to the Bar Car to relax with fellow travelers or retire to your cosy converted cabin.



This morning alight at Kanchanaburi for your choice of tour. The Classic includes guided visits to the River Kwai Bridge and Thai-Burma Railway Museum. Tracks to Unseen Thailand tour will have you biking through rice paddies, stopping off at a local farm.
The Local Flavours tour explores the wet market, a rice noodle house and combines a raft cruise with a cooking class.
Return to the train and look forward to an exceptional lunch and dinner.



Spend the morning watching the changing scenery with breakfast in bed as the train travels through Malaysia.
After brunch, arrive at Kuala Kangsar. Travel to a local village, immerse yourself in rural Malaysian life with a warm welcome ceremony from the villagers, followed by a guided rice paddy tour and refreshments.
Alternatively, visit a plantation and sample the produce before embarking on a trek to the top of the hill – cold towels, refreshments and panoramic views will await you there.
Rejoin the train for a refreshing cocktail accompanied by live piano music before a glamorous final dinner on board.
