BALTRA AIRPORT – SANTA CRUZ: Black Turtle Cove
Upon your arrival at Baltra Airport, you will be transferred for embarkation. After lunch, we visit Black Turtle Cove, a serene mangrove lagoon located on the north coast of Santa Cruz Island. This area is an important nursery for marine life, where we may observe sea turtles, rays, and small sharks gliding through the calm waters. The peaceful surroundings and rich biodiversity make this an excellent introduction to the Galapagos.

CHINESE HAT ISLAND, RABIDA ISLAND
After breakfast, we visit Chinese Hat Island, a small islet formed by volcanic activity, known for its unique lava formations and beautiful turquoise waters. The area is home to marine iguanas, sea lions, and a variety of coastal birds, offering a great opportunity to observe wildlife up close.
In the afternoon, we continue to Rabida Island, famous for its distinctive red sand beach caused by the high iron content in the volcanic material. The island is a great place to observe sea lions, pelicans, and flamingos in a nearby lagoon, as well as a variety of bird species.

SEYMOUR ISLAND: North Seymour, SANTA CRUZ ISLAND: Highlands
After breakfast, we visit North Seymour Island, formed by the uplifting of volcanic marine lava. This site is known for its abundant wildlife, including large colonies of blue-footed boobies, frigatebirds, and sea lions. The flat terrain makes it ideal for observing nesting birds and their fascinating behaviors.
Later, we head to the Highlands of Santa Cruz, where the landscape changes to lush vegetation and open fields. Here, we can observe giant tortoises in their natural habitat and explore lava tunnels while learning about the geological formation of the islands.

GENOVESA ISLAND: El Barranco, Darwin Bay
After breakfast, we visit El Barranco, also known as Prince Philip’s Steps, a steep rocky path that leads to a plateau filled with birdlife. This is one of the best places in the Galapagos to observe red-footed boobies, Nazca boobies, and frigatebirds nesting in the area.
In the afternoon, we continue to Darwin Bay, a beautiful natural harbor surrounded by cliffs. The area is rich in birdlife and offers the opportunity to observe swallow-tailed gulls, lava gulls, and other seabirds in their natural habitat.

SANTIAGO ISLAND: Sullivan Bay, Bartolome Island
After breakfast, we visit Sullivan Bay, known for its extensive lava fields formed by relatively recent volcanic eruptions. The landscape provides a fascinating look at the raw geological formation of the islands.
Later, we head to Bartolome Island, one of the most iconic sites in the Galapagos. From the summit, we can enjoy panoramic views of Pinnacle Rock and the surrounding islands. The area is also home to penguins, sea lions, and a variety of marine life.

SAN CRISTOBAL: Interpretation Centre & Transfer to San Cristobal Airport
After breakfast, we visit the Interpretation Center of San Cristobal, a modern space dedicated to the natural and human history of the Galapagos. Here, we learn about the volcanic formation of the islands, the evolution of species, and conservation efforts.
After the visit, you will be transferred to San Cristobal Airport for your departure flight.
