Day 1: Northern Pantanal

Arrival at Cuiabá Airport is followed by a comfortable transfer to Aymara Lodge, covering approximately 100 km on paved roads and an additional 28 km on a scenic dirt road (total journey time: around 2 hours and 30 minutes). Upon arrival, settle into accommodations and enjoy an introductory presentation of the lodge and its natural surroundings. Dinner is provided, followed by an overnight stay amidst the tranquility of the region.

Day 2: Northern Pantanal

Activities on this day are tailored to available time, guest interests, and prevailing weather conditions. Options include canoe paddling, motorboat safaris, horseback riding, photo safaris, night drives in search of nocturnal wildlife, and guided walks around the property to observe the region’s rich biodiversity. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Activity scheduling is coordinated upon arrival, ensuring that each experience aligns with climate conditions and availability.

Day 3: Porto Jofre

Begin the day with an early sunrise walk, offering a chance to experience the awakening of Pantanal’s wildlife and landscapes. After breakfast, check out and embark on a private transfer to Hotel Pantanal Norte, traversing the renowned Transpantaneira Highway—a scenic 120 km journey on a dirt road, lasting approximately 3 hours and providing excellent opportunities to observe the region’s biodiversity.

Upon arrival at the hotel, check in and enjoy a freshly prepared lunch. The remainder of the day is free, allowing for relaxation and exploration of the hotel’s surroundings at your own pace.

Days 4 - 5: Porto Jofre

Start the day with breakfast, followed by a morning boat excursion on the Cuiabá River dedicated to spotting jaguars in their natural habitat. After lunch, embark on another half-day safari, increasing the opportunities to observe the region’s impressive wildlife. This area boasts the highest density of jaguar population in the Pantanal, offering excellent chances of encountering the iconic Big Cat, particularly between June and October (sightings, however, cannot be guaranteed).

Depending on weather and logistical conditions, lunch will be served either at the lodge or as a picnic during the outing. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay, immersed in the extraordinary Pantanal environment.

Day 6: Southern Pantanal

Begin the day with an early breakfast, followed by check-out and a scenic flight by private small plane to Baia das Pedras Lodge (flight duration: approximately 1 hour). Arrive at the lodge in time to enjoy a welcoming lunch. In the afternoon, take part in an included activity exploring the surroundings. After dinner, overnight stay amidst the tranquil landscapes of the Pantanal.

Days 7 - 8: Southern Pantanal

Enjoy breakfast before setting out for a morning activity, designed to immerse guests in the unique nature and wildlife of the region. Return to the lodge and savor lunch, followed by participation in an afternoon excursion. Dinner is served in the evening, with an overnight stay offering tranquility and connection to the surrounding environment.

Day 9: End of Itinerary

After breakfast, participate in a morning activity at Baia das Pedras Lodge, exploring the local wildlife and landscapes. Afterwards, a comfortable land transfer is provided to Campo Grande Airport, covering approximately 295 km in about 5 hours and 30 minutes, ensuring a seamless journey for onward travel.
