First, you’ll embark on a city tour of Iquitos, a vibrant city rich in history, where you’ll explore its most iconic attractions. Next, you’ll travel by private vehicle to Nauta, the historic river port. After a scenic two-hour drive, you’ll board La Perla, where our staff will show you to your comfortable cabin. You’ll enjoy a delicious welcome lunch featuring regional cuisine. In the evening, you’ll set out on a night boat excursion to the Nauta Caño area, where you’ll search for nocturnal animals like alligators, bats, and frogs. Then you’ll return to the ship for dinner

Afterward, enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet featuring traditional Peruvian dishes and exotic fruit juices. Next, prepare for a boat excursion on the Yarapa River, where you’ll spot toucans, parrots, iguanas, sloths, and monkeys. Back on La Perla, savor lunch and relax as your guides share insights on local Amazonian culture. In the afternoon, visit the town of Vista Alegre to learn about the native community’s customs, with guides as interpreters. As you return, enjoy live music while waiting for dinner on board, concluding a day of adventure!

At the early dawn, you’ll embark on a boat excursion to Iquitos Brook, a prime spot for observing numerous endemic species. Afterward, enjoy a buffet breakfast on board. Following breakfast, you’ll take a jungle walk to the hanging bridges, where you can experience a canopy walk and admire the lush jungle from above. In the afternoon, prepare for a boat expedition to the Shiriyacu stream, where your guides will help you with piranha fishing using local techniques. This area is also known for spotting pink dolphins.

After a delicious breakfast on board, then head to Nauta, the region's second-largest city. Explore the vibrant city market, where you can interact with locals and discover typical foods, crafts, and unique drinks—immersing yourself in Amazonian culture. Then you’ll disembark and visit the Amazon Forever Bio Park, also known as the Manatees Rescue Center. Here, you’ll learn about the care of manatees and other animals being rehabilitated for their return to the wild Finally, you’ll be transferred to the airport.
