Day 1

Meet & Greet at Victoria Falls Airport for your private road transfer to Victoria Falls Hotel in a luxurious air-conditioned vehicle. Transfer time is approximately 20 minutes.

Day 1 – Day 3

Spend 2 nights at Victoria Falls Hotel in a Stables Signature Wing Room with en suite facilities on a bed and breakfast basis including Wi-Fi. The Victoria Falls Hotel, popularly known as “the grand old lady of the Falls”, is situated in the Victoria Falls National Park, a world heritage site. AMEX cards are accepted.

Value Adds: Private Check In, complimentary spa voucher - 25 minute neck, back or foot massage (guests need to pre-book on arrival), complimentary limited mini bar, replenished daily, complimentary tea, coffee and cake served between 15h00 - 17h00 (in the Stables Signature Lounge), one evening cocktail voucher on Stanley's Terrace, once during their stay, Pre-dinner service with canape's served between 18h00-19h00 and specialised turn down nightly.

Day 2

Private Tour of the Falls

You will be met at Victoria Falls Hotel to start your private Tour of the Falls. The Victoria Falls reaches its Zenith in about May each year. It’s a truly awe-inspiring experience – the sight, the sound, the smell; the humbling feeling that here indeed is Nature’s Supreme Masterpiece. This tour is conducted in the morning and afternoon. En route, guests may be taken past the ‘Big Tree’ where they may stop and take photos. Guests will be accompanied through the Rainforest by one of our qualified Guides who will give a brief history of the Falls themselves as well as detailing the flora, fauna, bird & wildlife and other points of interest. Guides are also happy to assist guests with photographs whilst visiting this most spectacular of waterfalls. Raincoats are provided when needed. After the experience you will be dropped off at Victoria Falls Hotel. Includes park entrance fee (subject to change).

Scheduled Zambezi Royal Luxury Sundowner Cruise 

You will be met at Victoria Falls Hotel to start your scheduled Zambezi Royal Luxury Sundowner Cruise. During the premium two hour guided Sundowner cruise, departing daily from the Wild Horizons Jetty Site, guests can look forward to 5-star service on board, consisting of imported wines and spirits, gourmet hot & cold canapés. A variety of game is consistently spotted, such as elephant, hippo, crocodiles, as well as a vast plethora of bird species. The Zambezi Royal is the optimum way to view the beautiful stunning scenery and surrounds of the upper Zambezi River. After the experience you will be dropped off at Victoria Falls Hotel. Includes river usage fee (subject to change).

Day 3

Private road transfer from Victoria Falls Hotel to Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero in a luxurious air-conditioned vehicle. Transfer time is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes road transfer excluding immigration and customs. Immigration and customs must be cleared at both the Zimbabwe and Botswana border posts. Don't forget your passports.

Day 3 – Day 6

Spend 3 nights at Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero in  a Pool Suite with en suite facilities on a full board basis including accommodation, local drinks (excluding premium brands), Wi-Fi, daily activities, park fees, laundry, Emergency Medical Evacuation (all guests must have their own travel and health insurance) and return Kasane Airport transfers. Activities include morning and afternoon game drives in modified open 4 x 4 vehicles and a sundowner cruise on the Chobe River.

Day 6

Seat in charter light aircraft transfer from Kasane Airport to Chief's Camp airstrip. Flying time is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. Luggage restriction is 20 kgs (44 lbs) per person in soft bags.

Day 6 - Day 9

Spend 3 nights at Sanctuary Chief's Camp in a Bush Pavilion with en suite facilities on a full board basis including accommodation, local drinks (excluding premium brands), daily activities, park fees, airstrip transfers, laundry and Emergency medical evacuation cover (all guests must have their own travel and health insurance). Activities include morning and afternoon game drives in modified open 4 x 4 vehicles and seasonal mokoro excursions. Rate excludes any additional activities such as Spa treatments and helicopter flights over the delta.

Day 9

Seat in charter light aircraft transfer from Chief's Camp to Xaxaba airstrip. Flying time is approximately 10 minutes. Luggage restriction is 20 kgs (44 lbs) per person in soft bags

Day 9 - Day 12

Spend 3 nights at Belmond Eagle Island Lodge in a Luxury Tented Room with en suite facilities on a full board basis including accommodation, local drinks, daily game viewing activities, park fees, laundry, wifi and Emergency Medical Evacuation insurance. Activities include walking safaris, mokoro canoe safaris, bird watching, fishing (catch and release fishing only), visit to the local village and motorised boating & barge cruises (Not available in the dry season, usually November to March). Helicopter safaris - signature experience and Horse riding/helicopter safaris can be arranged at an additional cost.

Day 12
