After breakfast you will be transferred to Lima Airport for flight to Puerto Maldonado.
On arrival at Puerto Maldonado airport, you will be met and transferred to your Lodge.
Puerto Maldonado in the Southern Peruvian rainforest near the Bolivian and Brazilian borders, is the gateway to one of the world’s most remote and extraordinary tropical environments.

PUERTO MALDONADO – CUSCO – SACRED VALLEY
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for flight to Cusco.
The beautiful city of Cuzco was once the capital of the Inca Empire.
On your arrival you will be met and transferred to the Sacred Valley.
En route you will do an excursion to the Sacred Valley of the Incas including the colonial town of Chincheros.
Drop off in the Sacred Valley for overnight.

SACRED VALLEY – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO *
In the morning, after breakfast you will be transferred to the train station for train journey to the fabled 'Lost City of the Incas' arguably the most important archaeological site in South America. The Machu Picchu Citadel was built by the Incas as a favoured retreat for Inca nobility, and remarkably until 1911, it lay hidden from the world amongst dense jungle covered mountains. Following a guided tour of the ruins, enjoy lunch at Belmond Sanctuary Lodge.
In the afternoon, board the train to Cusco.
Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to hotel in Cusco.

After enjoying leisurely breakfast and lunch at Inka Grill Restaurant, proceed on an afternoon excursion including an historic city tour and a visit to the remains of Sacsayhuamán, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay located just outside the city.
