Welcome to Malawi !

At your arrival at Lilongwe International Airport, you will be greeted and handed your Travel Document by your English-speaking guide who will also hand you your rental car.

You will drive toward your accommodation in the tea plantation Satemwa, Hundington House (+/- 01h00)

Breakfast at your lodge

Today, you will go on a tour to explore the tea plantation. You will start with a guided tour around the plantation before visiting the factory and understand the full process of how the tea is made. You will end up the tour with a tea tasting.

Rest of the day at leisure - Relax at the guest house or go admire the 3rd highest mountain of Africa, Mulanje (+/- 45 minutes)

You will then head toward Liwonde NP, where you will be staying at Mvuu Lodge (+/-03h00)

At your arrival at the lodge, lunch will be serving to you before going on your first safari activity, whether a game drive within Liwonde NP or a boat cruise on the Shire River.

06h00 - Departure of the safari activity (boat cruise or game drive)

09h30 - Return from the activity

After checking out from the lodge, you will drive towards Cape Maclear (+/- 02h30).

From there a boat will take you to Mumbo Island (+/- 50 minutes)

After checking-in at your lodge, you could join the sunset boat cruise organised by your lodge (included)

19h00 - Dinner

Today, enjoy the serenity of this little island by using the equipment of the lodge:

• Kayak
• Snorkeling

You could also go on some easy hike on the main island or simply enjoy the private beach of the island.

You will depart Mumbo Island by boat before reaching Cape Maclear.

Then, you will drive to Lilongwe International Airport (+/- 03h30) from where you will leave your rental car and board on your scheduled flight to Mfuwe Airport in Zambia (+/- 01h00)

Arrived at Mfuwe Airport, your lodge will welcome you and drive you to Chinzombo Lodge (+/- 00h45), situated just outside South Luangwa NP, where you will be staying for the next 2 nights.

After checking-in you will depart to your first game drive.

Your lodge will transfer you back to Mfuwe Airport (+/- 00h45)

You will board on your flights to Jeki Airstrip  (+/- 01h20)

Your lodge will come and pick you up from the airstrip and drive you to Chongwe River Camp.

16h00 - Departure of the game drive (Game drive, walking safaris, canoeing safaris, boat cruises, tiger-fishing)

Your lodge will drive you back to Jeki Airstrip where you will board to your flight to Livingstone (+/- 02h00)

Arrived at Livingstone Airport, your transfer will take you to your hotel, Royal Livingstone (+/- 25 minutes)

Today, you will get the chance to explore Victoria Falls (from both sides) with a guide.

This afternoon, you will go on a boat cruise to watch the sun sets over the Zambezi River.

This morning, you will get the chance to see the breathtaking Victoria Falls.

You will then be transferred to Livingstone Airport.
