Days 1 - 2: Victoria Falls (Zambia)

Arrive in Livingstone and clear immigration into Zambia.

Please purchase a single entry visa in US$ cash on arrival. If you are planning to go into Zimbabwe at all (perhaps to see the Falls from that side) then please purchase a Kaza - Univisa which allows access back and forth between Zimbabwe and Zambia.

Exit the airport to the external meeting point where your Tongabezi driver will be waiting with a name board. Transfer from the airport to the lodge.

While at Tongabezi a number of activities and most drinks are included and we have also added lunch on Livingstone Island.


Tongabezi Livingstone Island Tours

Victoria Falls is one of the world's natural wonders and among the most spectacular sights in all Africa. The most exclusive viewpoint for witnessing this immense mass of water is tiny Livingstone Island, the place where Dr David Livingstone first glimpsed Mosi-oa-Tunya (The Smoke that Thunders).


Once on the island, you will be given a guided tour, learning about its history fro ancient times, when it served as a sacrificial site, to the present day its World Heritage status.

Day 3: South Luangwa National Park

Transfer back to the airport to board a scheduled Proflight departure to Mfuwe, travelling via Lusaka.

On arrival in Mfuwe you will be met and transferred the short distance to Nkwali where you spend the night ahead of starting the walking safari.

Days 4 - 8: South Luangwa National Park

Days 9 - 10: South Luangwa National Park

Finish the walking safari at Nsefu Camp where you will have two night to relax and enjoy a little luxury after the walking trail.

Day 11: End of Itinerary

Transfer to Mfuwe in time to board the scheduled Proflight departure to Lusaka.

In Lusaka check in for a scheduled flight out.
