Arrive to Kilimanjaro International Airport by scheduled flight (not included). You clear customs and immigration formalities and are met in the Arrivals Hall by our representative. The rep will assist you to the transfer vehicle for your transfer to the hotel.
Following breakfast and your safari briefing, you depart to Karatu arriving at the lodge for lunch. Afternoon at leisure with optional activities (some at an additional cost). Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Extended game drive on the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater. A picnic lunch is provided to allow for more time enjoying the surroundings and wildlife of this amazing area. Evening return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Transfer to Lake Manyara airstrip. Fly by scheduled flight to Serengeti National Park (flight booked by Ranger Safaris) departing 0835. When staying at Serengeti Pioneer Camp or Serengeti Kati Kati Camp, the flight is to Seronera airstrip and arrives at 0910. When staying at Serengeti Migration Camp, the flight is to Lobo airstrip and arrives at 1000. You are met by the camp’s vehicle for a shared game drive en route to the camp. Following lunch, there is a shared afternoon game drive returning for dinner and overnight

Shared game drive en route to the airstrip. Fly by scheduled flight to Kigali (flight booked by Ranger Safaris) departing at 0915 arriving at 1025 (Central African Time). You clear customs and immigration formalities and are met in the Arrivals Hall by our representative. He will assist you to the vehicle for drive to the Kigali Serena Hotel for your overnight stay.
- All clients arriving Kigali have to have COVID at the airport on arrival.
- After the test clients will be transferred to Kigali Serena. Clients stay in their room in the block (no shared lounge/public area) meant for quarantined guests.
- Once the results are out and negative they check into normal block.
- Results take up to 24 hours.
Today you will be transferred to Ruhengeri arriving at the lodge for lunch. Optional afternoon activities (payable directly at the lodge). Dinner and overnight.
Transfer to the park gate for your pre-trek briefing. You trek in search of your assigned gorilla family with the assistance of your trackers and guide. Once you find the gorillas, you have an hour to observe them before your trek back to the park gate. Lunch and then travel to Kigali. Overnight at the hotel.
