On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, proceed through immigration for visa clearance. After collecting your luggage and passing through customs, meet your guide outside the terminal. Following a brief introduction, you will be transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Spend the rest of the day at leisure in this lively city, nestled at the base of Mt. Meru and serving as the gateway to Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak at 5,895m.
After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park. The drive takes you through fertile landscapes, offering scenic views along the way. On arrival, set off on a game drive, exploring the park’s diverse habitats in search of wildlife. Keep an eye out for elephants, tree-climbing lions, and the large flocks of flamingos that gather along the lake’s shores. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot before continuing your exploration. Arrive at the lodge in the early evening for leisure and relaxation.
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, a journey of about 3.5 hours. The Serengeti is Tanzania’s most iconic park, famed for its vast plains and abundant wildlife. The park is home to the Great Migration, large prides of lions, and other predators such as hyenas, cheetahs, and leopards. Along the way, enjoy an en-route game drive before reaching your lodge in the heart of the Serengeti for the night.
An early morning start with picnic lunch boxes packed, head out for a full-day game safari. The Serengeti offers incredible wildlife sightings, from big cats stalking prey to vast herds of wildebeest and zebra grazing across the plains. Keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, buffalos, and hippos as you explore different regions of the park. Return to the lodge in the late afternoon for leisure.
After breakfast, check out and depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying a game drive along the way. The landscape shifts as you travel, from the open savannas of the Serengeti to the lush highlands surrounding Ngorongoro Crater. Stop for a picnic lunch before arriving at your lodge in the early afternoon. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, taking in the views of this remarkable region.
After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of Africa’s most stunning wildlife destinations, home to a dense concentration of animals, including the Big Five. Enjoy spectacular sightings in the crater’s diverse landscapes, from open grasslands to acacia forests and seasonal wetlands. A picnic lunch will be served before ascending back to the lodge for an afternoon at leisure. If time allows, enjoy an escorted walk along the crater rim.
After breakfast, depart for Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Your scheduled flight departs at 13:15, arriving in Zanzibar at 14:20. Upon arrival, meet your transfer driver and head to your beachside hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Spend your days relaxing on the white sandy beaches of Zanzibar. Whether you choose to unwind by the ocean, explore the historic streets of Stone Town, or embark on optional activities such as snorkeling or a spice tour, these days are yours to enjoy at your own pace.
After breakfast and check-out, transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your onward flight.
