You will met at Kigali airport and transferred to Hotel des Mille Collines for 1 night in Rwanda's capital city.
Meet & Greet
After breakfast, you will be picked-up from your hotel and start your drive to Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla Lodge across the border, in Uganda. After arrival at the lodge, check-in, freshen-up and check out some of the activities on offer, such as the Bunga Batwa pygmy experience, or a guided nature walk including sundowner drinks, we recommend to pre-book.
This morning you will start off to the highlight of this short trip - Gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Your pick-up to the headquarter for the briefing will be very early. Once you have been allocated to your tracking group, you start you tracking. You will walk through beautiful country side, passing villages and tea plantations, before you penetrate the forest. Once you have found your gorilla group, you are allowed to stay with them for 1 hour.
After breakfast, you will be driven back to Kigali Airport.
