KILIMANJARO AIRPORT (JRO)
On your arrival at the Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), our representative will meet you and transfer you to the lodge in Arusha.
Fly from Arusha with Coastal ARK/NDT 1100/1145 to Ndutu. Upon arrival our guide will meet you and start your Safari en-route to Ndutu Safari Lodge for a hot lunch.
The Ndutu area in the northern part of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area joins the Serengeti. As such, it forms part of the annual migratory route of hundreds of thousands of wildebeest, zebra and antelope (and their predators) who come to graze and calve between November and March, depending on the rains. The forest around Lake Ndutu and small koppies are also home of prolific, resident wildlife.
An excellent area to spot Lions and Cheetah. Unlike most area in National Parks, you are permitted to go off-roading while in Ndutu to get closer to the wildlife.
After lunch drive out for afternoon game viewing and back to Ndutu Lodge for dinner and overnight stay
Enjoy your breakfast and depart for full day game drive in Ndutu.
You will come across a canopy of giant acacia overlooking a soda lake, lake Ndutu. Animals like Wildebeest, Giraffes, Zebras, Buffalos, Elephants, Lions and Gazelles are found in this area. Ndutu Area is divided into Swamps, Woodlands, Soda lakes and it is bordered with world’s famous Serengeti short grass plains. Dinner and Overnight Ndutu Safari Lodge
After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro Crater with picnic lunch and descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife for a full day safari tour.
Your picnic lunch will be served in the picnic site in the Crater at Ngoitoktok swamp a Hippo pool. After lunch, proceed with afternoon game viewing in the Crater, at 1430hrs ascend the Crater and drive to Ngorongoro Sopa for dinner and overnight
After breakfast you will be transferred to Arusha and then a short drive to Kilimanjaro airport for your flight back home
