Arrival Mombasa
Upon arrival at Moi International Airport Mombasa, Meet and greet by our company’s representative and transfer to your beach resort. Arrive at the resort and check-in. Spend the rest of the day at leisure enjoying the resort’s facilities and unwinding at the beach.
Mombasa – Taita Hills Sanctuary
After an early breakfast at your beach resort, start your journey towards the north. You will drive on the fringes of the vast and wild Tsavo East National Park, arriving at the Taita Hills Conservancy in time for lunch at the magnificent Salt Lick Lodge. You will check-in and have some time to rest and later depart the lodge for your game drive at the Taita Hills Conservancy. Taita Hills is scenic with sweeping landscape of Taita Hills in the background. Have a game drive till late in the evening returning back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Taita Hills – Tsavo East National Park
Early Breakfast at the lodge, check-out and drive to Tsavo East National Park. Tsavo East park renowned for its large number of elephants and the famous man-eating lions, you will arrive with game drive en-route to the Ashnil Aruba Lodge. Check-in and have lunch at the lodge and later in the afternoon proceed for your first game drive. The park forms the largest protected area in Kenya and is home to most of the larger mammals; vast herds of dust-red elephants, rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, pods of hippo, crocodile, waterbucks, lesser kudu among other animals. Later in the evening drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Tsavo East National Park – Mombasa – Diani
Following an early breakfast, then check-out with a final breakfast and drive to Diani through Mombasa, arriving at your hotel in time for lunch and check-in. Spend the rest of the day at leisure enjoying the hotel’s facilities and unwinding at the beach.
Days 5 & 6: Free days relaxing/ exploring the sunny beaches
Spend the day relaxing on the beach or by the pool, exploring the local village, or taking part in one of the many activities offered which you can arrange directly with the hotel (e.g., snorkeling, scuba diving, spa treatments, swimming with dolphins, etc.). Your stay at your premium accommodations includes breakfast, and dinner. If you decide to eat outside the lodge you will be responsible for any costs incurred.
Departure
Today you will enjoy a morning at the Resort. In the afternoon you will be brought to the airport for your flight back home.
