Today you will make your own way to Manchester Airport or London Heathrow ready for your overnight flight to Johannesburg.
The Emirates flight involves a 7 hour stopover in Dubai. The flights are over 24 hours in total.
The BA flight is direct into JHB and takes 11 hours.
ON arrival into JHB transfer across to the local hotel ready for a 1 night stay. Depending on what flight option you take you may have chance to do an optional 1/2 day tour of Johannesburg (extra cost).
Today you will be picked up at an agreed time and taken via road to Hazyview. It is a private transfer so if you need to stop on route then this can be arranged locally with your driver.
On arrival you will check into your 3 bedroom lodge. Between 3-4pm you will set off on an afternoon game drive, for your first opportunity to see the Big 5.
Today you will wake-up early ready for a morning game drive. The morning is the best time to see the cats, before the heat of the day sets in.
In the afternoon you have an included visit to the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre (HESC). This is an ethical tourist destination, and it allows you to view some amazing species close up. HESC focuses on the conservation of rare, vulnerable and endangered animal species. Cheetah Conservation is one of its core disciplines. The centre is actively involved in research; breeding of endangered animal species; the education of learners, students and the general public in conservation and conservation-related activities; tourism; the release and establishment of captive-bred cheetahs in the wild; the treatment and rehabilitation of wild animals in need (including poached rhinos); and anti-poaching initiatives on the reserve.
Today you have an included full day private excursion planned around the Panorama Route. You will see some spectacular sights including the Three Rondavels, Blyde River Canyon and Bourkes Luxk Potholes. If there are specific activities you wish to do then please just let us know.
Today you have a full day game drive in Kruger national park. This gives you an extended period to search for some of South Africa's amazing residents.
Today at an agreed time after breakfast you will be picked up by private vehicle and transferred across the border into Mozambique, via road. You will be dropped at the harbour where you have your included boat transfer to the island where Nahyeeni Lodge is situated.
Days at leisure to enjoy the beautiful surroundings in Mozambique.
Today you will be transferred at an agreed time, by boat back to the mainland. Here you will be met by private vehicle and transferred back into South Africa to Johannesburg Airport ready for your flight home.
