- Breakfast is available from 07:00 - 10:00, lunch is at 13:00 and a formal dinner is at 19h30 and is all served in the dining cars in one sitting.
- Tea is served in the lounge and observation cars at 16h30 pm.
- Dress code is formal for dinner and smart casual during the day.

The train travels between Gwaai and Dete along one of the world's longest stretches of straight railway line - 114 kilometres - and along the eastern edge of Hwange National Park. You will disembark at Kennedy Siding and enjoy a game drive at The Hide in Hwange National Park . Dinner is served en-route to Thompsons Junction.
