Upon arrival at the Windhoek International Airport meet with your guide and your yoga teacher, who will accompany you for the duration of the tour. Depart for Gross Barmen some 25 km south of Okahandja. Check in and indulge in the hot thermal waters of the Spa. Participate in yoga exercises in the early evening.

After breakfast departure for Namibia's iconic Etosha National Park. Arrive at Epacha Lodge & Spa in time for lunch. In the afternoon set off for your first game drive in the park. Upon return participate in yoga exercises before dinner.
The next morning starts with yoga exercises, followed by breakfast and another game drive in the park. Return for lunch and a little siesta. In the afternoon you have the option to participate in a game drive in the lodge's own game reserve. Yoga exercises before dinner.

Start the day with yoga exercises. Today's destination is the rugged mountain region of Damaraland. The route leads via Outjo and Khorixas to Twyfelfontein. Arrive at Twyfelfontein Country Lodge in the early afternoon. Check in and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon you have the opportunity to participate in a nature drive in search for the desert-adapted elephant, which roam the riverbeds and plains in the area. Return to the lodge is after sunset and in time for dinner.

Again the day begins with a yoga session. Then have breakfast and prepare you luggage. First visit in the morning is at the rock engravings at Twyfelfontein, Namibia's first World Heritage site. Next stop will be at the Burnt Mountain followed by the Organ Pipes. Last visit will be at the Damara Living Museum, after which you depart for the former mining town of Uis, where lunch will be served (not included in the tour price).
The route continues to today's final destination Cape Cross on the Atlantic coast, which you will reach after an 1 1/2 hours drive. Check in at Cape Cross Lodge and relax from the intense morning. the beach in front of the veranda invites for some leisurely walking. Before dinner participate in the yoga session.

The day starts with a Yoga session, followed by a relaxed breakfast. Then we drive the short distance to Cape Cross and visit the seal colony, after which we depart for Swakopmund, where we arrive in time for lunch (not included in the tour price and on your own account). The afternoon is at own leisure.
The next day is an early start as we have to reach Walvis bay in time for the kayaking experience that starts at 09h00 AM. Depart on a Catamaran to Pelican Point at the bay's edge, disembark and start with your kayak excursion along the seal colony there. After a good time has been spent there return to the beach and enjoy brunch. Return to Walvis Bay in 4x4 vehicles via the salt works and the Walvis Bay lagoon to see the myriads of flamingos there.
Return to Swakopmund and the Desert Breeze Guesthouse in the early afternoon. Check in, refresh and then depart to explore the town on foot. in the early evening participate in some more yoga exercises followed by dinner in one of Swakopmund's fine restaurants.
Begin the day with yoga exercises followed by breakfast. Then depart for the highlight of your journey as you enter the Namib Desert and follow the route towards the sand sea of Sossusvlei. Your first visit will be the Moon Landscape, after which you will continue to the great plains of the gravel desert, down the Kuiseb and the Gaub Canyons to reach Solitaire in the early afternoon. Enjoy some of apple crumple that made this desert outpost famous, and stretch your legs before continuing to your final destination. Arrive at We Kebi in the early evening.
The next day start early with a light breakfast and then depart for Sossusvlei. Climb Dune 45, walk the Dead Vlei and participate in some yoga exercises, before returning to the entrance, where Sesriem Canyon waits for your exploration. Lunch may be enjoyed in a restaurant nearby (not included in tour price), before you return to base. The remainder of the afternoon is at own leisure. The early evening offers some more yoga exercises followed by dinner. if the group so decides, the yoga session may be replaced with an optional afternoon nature drive in the lodges's own reserve.
After wake-up enjoy your yoga session and then breakfast. The final leg of your journey takes you into the Kalahari Desert. Arrive at Zebra Kalahari Lodge around lunchtime. In the afternoon you have the opportunity to participate in a game drive that lasts until sunset, which you will watch from the top of the dune while sipping your favourite drink. return and prepare for dinner.
Yoga, breakfast and departure to return to the central high plateau and Naankuse Lodge 43 km east of Windhoek. Arrival there is in the early afternoon. Settle in and prepare for the last itinerary on your journey as you participate in a carnivore feeding tour. Your final evening yoga exercise is followed by dinner.

A very last early morning yoga session is followed by breakfast. Then prepare your luggage and off you go to the airport for your return flight back to Italy.
