Thereafter we also recommend a visit to the Kazuri beads Factory and shop plus the Utamaduni shop. Time permitting, we recommend a visit to the Karen Blixen museum.

You will have the use of a private driver / guide and private vehicle for the day. Please note that entrance fees, lunch etc will need to be settled for directly

Days 3 - 4: Selenkay Conservancy

This morning your adventure continues. After breakfast please pack up and meet your driver for your private road transfer to Wilson Airport. As this is an early flight you will be transferred early morning and it is very important that you be ready on time, we recommend that you complete check out formalities after dinner.

Also please note that as you will be traveling in light aircraft, your luggage allowance is strictly 15 kg's per person, including hand luggage and in soft bags only. This is for safety reasons.

Travel by scheduled light aircraft to Amboseli, this a scenic flight and when you arrive at the airstrip, weather permitting, you will have an incredible view of Mt Kilimanjaro as you come in to land.

On arrival at the airstrip you are met by your guide and enjoy a game drive transfer to the camp. You never know what you might see so keep your camera handy.

Spend two nights at Porini Amboseli in triple tents, your stay includes all meals, shared game drives and other activities, park fees and local brand drinks.

We highly recommend a walk with your Masai guide to a local village. The guides are knowledgeable and eager to share their knowledge of the bush and their culture.

Days 5 - 7: Samburu National Reserve

Another early start to the day as you head back to Amboseli Airstrip, bid farewell to your guide and board your scheduled light aircraft to Wilson Airport, Nairobi. Here you will change aircraft and travel by scheduled light aircraft to Samburu.

On arrival at the airstrip you are met by your guide and transfer by game drive to Elephant Bedroom Camp. We have selected this camp because of its location on the river, during siesta time you might see a family of elephants crossing the river. Smburu is best know for its elephant families and you are more likely to see leopard here than lion. What I love about Samburu is that it is home to the Northern Five and you have an good chance to see them : Somali Ostrich, Beisa Oryx, Gerenuk, Reticulated Giraffe and Grevy Zebra.

Spend three nights at Elephant Bedroom Camp in triple tents, your stay includes shared activities, all meals and park fees. Please note that walking may incur an additional cost, some of children may not be permitted to do the walk due to their but this needs to be confirmed with camp management and also the park rangers at the time. It may be possible to do a short nature walk around camp.

Days 8 - 11: Masai Mara National Reserve

Today you head to your final safari destination, the Masai Mara. This is where you will have the most exciting game viewing of your trip. Transfer by game drive to the airstrip and board your scheduled light aircraft flight to the Musiara Airstrip.

On arrival keep your eyes open as there is always something near or on the airstrip. You are met by a guide from camp and transferred by shared game drive to the camp. The camp is not far from the airstrip and the duration of this transfer depends on what you see along the way. The Musiara area of the Masai Mara is rich in wildlife and during the migration months the camp is completely surrounded by the herds. With the herds come the predators and being inside the park, you are not far some of the known crossing points of the Wildebeest Migration

Spend four nights at Governors Camp in triple tents (we will try for a family tent however, given the number of people traveling this will require special permission from the camp managers). Your stay includes all meals and shared game viewing activities. The focus of the activities is game drives.
