Today we continue towards the coast of Namibia and the charming town of Swakopmund, famous for its German architecture and thrilling adventure activities. Typical Namibian hospitality, contrasted with the cool Atlantic breeze during a stroll along the beach, ensures an unforgettable stay.
Today you travel to the southern Kunene region of Namibia, also known as Damaraland. Once inhabited by hunters and later by Khoikhoi pastoralists, you will embark on a historical and cultural journey during your stay and be impressed by ancient artifacts.
Today you continue north via Möwe Bay along Namibia's Skeleton Coast. You will travel the last leg of your journey together with the lodge, who will meet up with you in Möwe Bay. Look forward to a stay in a spectacular, deserted coastal environment that combines fresh sea breezes and rough seafaring romance. The various activities promise plenty of variety and numerous opportunities for relaxation.

Activities at Shipwreck Lodge
Your journey takes you to the remote Hoanib Valley and you are accompanied by an escort from Shipwreck Lodge to Hoanib Valley Camp. This area offers dramatic sunsets in summer, and in the cooler months the region transforms from lush green into the well-known desert landscape that is home to elephants, giraffes, lions, rhinos, mountain zebras and oryx antelopes. The open-plan camp will be the base for extensive explorations in the harsh, fascinating desert over the next few days.
Activities at Hoanib Valley Camp
Your journey takes you further into the breathtaking mountain region of Damaraland. The rough, fascinating landscape is home to a variety of desert-adapted wildlife such as elephants, rhinos, zebras and lions. Magnificent sunsets that paint the rocky region in soft red will be remembered forever.
You will spend the next few days extensively with spectacular game viewing in Etosha National Park. During an optional game drive, explore the amazing wildlife from an open safari vehicle. Refreshments, snacks and entry to the national park are included. During your safari, learn many fascinating details about Etosha as a habitat. Alongside lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs and hyenas, Etosha is home to one of the most stable black rhino populations in the world. The famous Etosha Pan - a flat salt pan covering an area of 5,000 square kilometers - lies in the heart of the park.
Embark on fascinating wildlife viewing and impressive safaris in the Ongava Private Game Reserve, located southwest of Etosha. Guided activities offer authentic and enriching nature experiences in open 4x4 safari vehicles or on foot.
Your next destination is the Waterberg Plateau National Park, which gives you a sense of the vastness of the country. The flat, rustic landscape stretches for miles to the horizon and can be explored on a guided hike.
