Transfer pick up from Azamare Luxury Guest House to the V & A Waterfront for a 2 hour sidecar West Coast Experience.
- After meeting your driver and suiting up in your riding gear, head northwards out of the city past the bustling Table Bay Harbour and onto the R27 West Coast road.
- After passing through the commercial area of Paarden Island, enjoy the sights of the Rietvlei Wetlands, home to numerous aquatic and marine bird species including pelicans, flamingos, terns and gulls.
- On arrival at Bloubergstrand beach, take a selfie with the iconic Table Mountain as a backdrop. Re-board your sidecar & continue northwards along the coast enjoying the beachfront activity & scenery with the famous Robben Island in the background.
- On arrival at Big Bay, enjoy a refreshment or coffee.
- After your stop, head back to the city following the same coastal route with the image of Table Mountain ahead of you. A super trip with some great photo opportunities

Soon after their arrival, guests get an opportunity to meet a few of our elephant “ambassadors” – five of the fifteen elephants, namely Jabulani, Sebakwe, Lundi, Mambo and Somopane, selected to represent the Jabulani herd as they are sociable and genuinely enjoy being around guests. The interaction may include two and at times three of our ambassadors.
This initial interaction provides insight into the elephants’ unique relationship with their carers and a chance to obtain interesting information on the biology and history of the elephants over the past twenty years.
While meeting the ambassadors, their curious trunks are always ready and waiting for you to feed them their favourite treats and our carers are on hand to take photos of your special moments with them too.
You’ll also have the opportunity to observe the rest of the herd from a distance while enjoying other elephant experiences such as the elephant swim, sundowners or elephant tracking.

Morning and Evening Game Drives at Jabulani
Your first African safari experience will remain a cherished memory for the rest of your life.
A game drive on a Big Five reserve is a humbling and soulful experience. At Jabulani, game drives are conducted by experienced and knowledgeable rangers in open, custom-built safari vehicles in a private game reserve of 16 000 hectares.
Experience day and night game drives, without restriction of times, which is uncommon in most safari lodges in South Africa.
Naturally, you would be guided by the advice of your dedicated ranger, with suggested times of the day for the most favourable game viewing. However, you are able to decide to choose when it would suit you best, to go on safari.
Because guests are limited to no more than six persons per vehicle, it is always an intensely personal and exclusive experience.

Set out on an offshore boat trip to view some of the Indian Ocean’s most mesmerizing sea creatures. Gaze at Dolphins dancing in the waves. Look out for Humpback Whales from June to September during their annual great migration to breed and give birth. Also the Leatherback, Loggerhead and Green Sea Turtles are often spotted from the boat or while snorkeling giving you a unique experience to be side by side with these gentle creatures. You might even catch a glimpse of the elusive Dugong, the part of the largest remaining population of dugong in East Africa, currently the largest population on the West coast of the Indian Ocean, estimated at more than 250 individuals. The Bazaruto Archipelago boasts the largest population of these rare “sea cows” on Africa’s eastern coast.
