They place particular importance on presenting their pre-colonial culture as authentically as possible – a powerful experience that will remain with you for a long time. Your journey then continues into the verdant region of the Zambezi Strip. The landscape changes noticeably: instead of dry savannah, tall trees, dense forest, and lush vegetation suddenly dominate. This is due to the mighty Okavango River (known as "Kavango" in Namibia), which brings new life here. Your accommodation is located directly on the riverbank, where, with a little luck, you can observe hippos and elephants from the lodge terrace.
