Pick up your hire car at the airport and drive to Sossusvlei, a journey time of about 4 hours. If you only arrive late then we can arrange for you to sleep in Windhoek for the first night instead.
Get up early and visit the Namib Naukluft National park with its fantastic red dunes, Deadvlei, Sossusvlei and Sesriem Canyon.
Drive to Swakopmund, a journey time of about 6 hours. Stop to see the famous moon landscape just before Swakopmund and have a look for Welwitschia. Stay in Swakopmund for 2 nights.
Explore the little coastal town on foot and add on one of the many adventure activities like a catamaran dolphin cruise, a Living Desert Tour, quad biking, sand boarding, sky diving, fat tire biking,... In the evening go for a traditional german meal.
