From Masoala National Park to Nosy Be, Madagascar East to West

Day 1: Antananarivo

A member of our local team will welcome you upon arrival to assist you with your customs procedures.
Once you have collected your luggages, you will be transfered to your hotel in Antananarivo.

Day 2: Masoala National Park

Transfer back to the airport, to the private charter terminal, for your private flight to Maroantsetra.
Here, you will be transferred by boat accross the Antongil Bay to the Masoala Forest Lodge, giving you the opportunity to see some dolphins or whales depending on the season.
Lunch on the beach and free afternoon, to explore the beaches and the coastal forest around the lodge.
Afterwards, you will be invited to have a guided walk in the forest to spot the Eulemur Albifrons lemurs also known as the White-fronted Brown Lemur.
Back to the lodge for a sundowner.

Day 3: Masoala National Park

After a short briefing, you will go for the first day walk in the primary forest to look for the Red-ruffed Lemurs, the dwarf chameleons and other endemic fauna and flora of the area.
Back to the camp for lunch.
The afternoon will be dedicated to your preferred activities such as a snorkelling in the coral reefs or a guided sea kayak to the look-out rock at the "Secret Cove" at sunset with the opportunity to meet the Bottlenose Dolphin or the Green Turtles.

Day 4: Masoala National Park

Today's walk will take you to another part of the primary forest to look for birds and mammals.
After a couple of hours walking, enjoy a well deserved relaxing time at the Tampolo Waterfall with the possibility to swim in the crystal water.
Back to the lodge for lunch, on a traditionnal dugout canoe.
The rest of the day will be free at leisure.
In the evening, a night walk in the forest will give you another look on the forest and its inhabitants, like the Leaf-tailed Gecko, the Dwarf or the Mouse Lemurs, or even some Aye-Aye.

Days 5 - 8: Anjajavy

Boat transfer to Maroantsetra followed by a private flight to Anjajavy.
Take advantage of your time in Anjajavy to relax on one of the pristine beaches, practice some nautical sports or go for one of the walks and excursions and discover the dry deciduous forest, the surrounding coves and the fishermen’s villages...
 

Days 9 - 13: Nosy Komba

Nosy Komba, is the hyphen between Nosy Be, the famous island perfumes, and mainland Madagascar.
Tranquillity and Beauty of nature make it a most attractive place to be.
The summit of the island is at an altitude of 622 meters, covered by dense tropical forest.
It is surrounded by volcanic rocks, protecting shores from rough waters.
Nosy Komba is known for its many small and inhabited beaches as well as for its emerald like water.

Day 14: End of Itinerary

Fly back to Antananarivo.
Meet & greet upon arrival and transfer in the city.
Depending on your flight plan and what you are looking to bring back home, we will take you to the appropriate markets, before taking you back to the airport for your onward flight.
