Guests to purchase a KAZA Entry visa into Zimbabwe  - US$ 50 per person payable in CASH

Once checked through customs and immigration, collect luggage and proceed through to the arrivals hall where an ETA rep will meet you .  Please look out for your name on a welcome board.

Private road transfer to Ilala Lodge - approx 20 mins.

Check in for TWO nights on a B&B Basis.

At 16h30 you will be collected for your sunset dinner  cruise on the magnificent Malachite.  This includes a 3 course menu and full bar, with return transfers.    This is a scheduled activity with a private table for the family.  Please advise any dietry restrictions to ensure that they cater for you as the dinner is a set menu.

Return to the hotel around 20h30

Enjoy a hearty Ilala Lodge breakfast (best breakfast in town!!)

At 09h30 you will be collected for your morning Guided Tour of the Falls. This tour will get you  very wet, so it is recommended you wear sandals/water shoes.  Cameras and phones can be used to a point before it gets too wet, so would recommend you bring a zip lock back or waterproof bag to secure them.  Raincoats will be provided.  This tour takes approximately 2 hours.

After the Falls tour you will be transferred to the Lookout Cafe where you can relax, enjoy an ice cold G&T with a delicious lunch before returning to the hotel.  Should you wish to partake in any of the adrenaline activities on offer whilst at the Lookout, you can sign up and pay on site.  These include the Canopy Tour, Gorge Swing, Zip line and flying fox. 

Lunch is a la carte, 2 course.  Drinks and gratuities are an EXTRA cost.

This afternoon is leisure time - you can relax poolside, book spa treatments, walk across the road to the curio market and Elephants Walk shopping area or sign up for any extra activities - recommendations are Elephant Encounter, Helicopter flight of Angels.

This evening you will be collected at 19h00 for your transfer to the Boma Restaurant where you will journey through a traditional evening of food and entertainnment.  It is a thoroughly enjoyable experience and you will eat everything from  mopani worms to western steak - there are tastes for all palates.

Enjoy breakfast before check out and settle room extras.

09h30 you will be collected and transferred by road 70km to the Zimbabwe/ Botswana border post.  Here you will go through exit formalities from Zimbabwe and entry into Botswana (no visa required for Botswana).  Once completed, you will road transfer another 20minutes to Chobe Bush Lodge.

Check in here for TWO nights on a Fully Inclusive Basis.   

During your stay there are 2 game cruises and 2 game drives included.  A bit of expert advice - the cruise is best in the afternoon.

Lunch and Dinners are included with limited beverages.

Early morning wake up call and game drive into the Chobe National Park. 

Return to the lodge for a later breakfast and check out.

Transfer to the Kasane airport where you will charter on a light aircraft to Moremi Crossing, Okavango Delta.

NB NB -   LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS: 20KG (Incl hand luggage) IN SOFT BAGS, NO WHEELS, NO FRAMES. 

Check in to Moremi Crossing for three nights on a Fully Inclusive basis.

Whilst in camp there are two game activities included per day, options of which will be conveyed to you by your guides in camp. 

Departure from camp this morning is early - exact time to be advised the evening prior.  Departure out of Maun is at 08h00 on Air Botswana at 08h00 (check in is reuiqred at least 1 hour prior)

On arrival in Gaberone at 09h30, you will have a wait until 15h00 to connect with your flight ET829  to Addis Abbaba
