Human Genome 2025 - Phinda Forest Lodge KZN Safari (5 Star)

A road transfer from your hotel / King Shaka International airport in Durban to the lodge. 

You check in and lunch is included. The lodge staff will brief you as to the program for your stay. In the afternoon board your open landrovers for a magnificent game viewing experience. The game drive will take between three and four hours, with a sundowners stop at sunset.

This evening dinner will be taken at the luxury bush lodge either in the restaurant or boma.

Rise early to an African dawn and enjoy a morning game drive with your professional ranger. Relax as your ranger guides you through the bush on an open Landrover, searching out the Big 5 or the smaller secrets of nature. A vast area of pristine bush with seven distinct habitat types offers an incredible diversity of landscapes and exclusive game viewing opportunities. From the Big five to the shy Suni and endangered  red duiker unique safari options abound. 

Return from the excitement of the bush to a sumptuous breakfast  and then there is time to relax in camp or enjoy one of the many activities on offer.

In the afternoon, when the heat of the African sun has diminished and the shadows are longer, head out again on a sundowner safari, where you will stop to watch the sun set on this bushveld paradise and enjoy your favourite sundowner drink.

A sumptuous dinner at the lodge and then share your day’s adventures, while you enjoy a night cap around the fire.

Enjoy your final morning game drive  followed by breakfast.

You check out at 10h00 and there is a road transfer back to Durban where you are dropped either at your hotel or the King Shaka International Airport.
