You arrive any time after lunch where you are met and transferred to Hemingways for your overnight stay.
Morning transfer to Wilson Airport for your light aircraft transfer by Executive Light Aircraft to Amboseli National Park (45 mins). Here you are met and transferred to Tortilis Camp in time for lunch. In the afternoon you enjoy a game drive, scenic sundowners in the bush, followed by dinner back at camp.
Tortilis Camp is named after the flat-topped, umbrella thorn tree, the Acacia Tortilis, and is situated in one of Amboseli’s areas of Acacia Tortilis woodland, with the majestic backdrop of Africa’s highest mountain, and the world’s highest free-standing mountain, snow-capped Kilimanjaro.
On safari in Amboseli National Park with morning and afternoon game drives and lunch in camp.
Today you enjoy a morning safari. Then you are transferred to the airstrip for your light charter flight to the airstrip on the Loisaba Conservancy. Loisaba is a large wildlife protection area in the Laikipia region, where ranching and game conservation are mutually supportive.
Take a game drive to the tented camp. Sundowner drinks are followed by dinner and overnight.
The next day you have a morning bush walk with traditional Samburu guides. You return to the camp for breakfast and then have a choice of relaxing or heading out on a shared game drive. Following lunch at the camp, you can take an afternoon shared game drive, go fishing, or visit the anti-poaching sniffer dog team. Sundowners are enjoyed in the bush followed by dinner under the stars at the camp.
On Day 6, your morning options include a game drive, horse or camelback exploration, or bush running/trekking. This is followed by a bush breakfast. Then return to the camp for time to relax and enjoy as spa treatment. Shared afternoon game drive with dinner at the camp and overnight under the stars in your star bed. Those not wishing to spend the night under the stars remain at Loisaba Tented Camp.
Today you are transferred to the airstrip for your light charter flight to Masai Mara Keekorok Airstrip. (90 minutes flight). You are transferred to Sand River Masai Mara camp in time for sundowners in the bush. Then return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Next day, after an early breakfast at the camp, you depart for a full day of shared game viewing in Masai Mara National Reserve. A picnic hamper lunch is served in the bush. In the afternoon, you visit a Maasai village. You return to the camp for dinner under the stars and overnight.
On your last full day, you have an early start with a shared game drive arriving at your secluded bush breakfast. You then game view as you return to the camp for time at leisure and lunch. In the afternoon, you have your final shared game drive followed by sundowners in the bush. You enjoy a farewell dinner under the stars and overnight at the camp.
Following breakfast, you transfer to the airstrip for your SkySafari flight back to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport. You are met on arrival and transfer to Hemingways Nairobi where you have use of a day room. You then transfer to Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight.
