Botswana Summer Encounters

Your Botswana safari adventure begins today as you board your international flight to Africa.

Upon arrival in Johannesburg, South Africa, you will connect with your scheduled flight to CaMaun, Botswana where you will be met by your guide and fly by light aircraft to the Central Kalahari Game Reserve where your adventure begins. You will take in the scenery on a three-hour game drive to your first camp, Deception Valley Adventurer Camp, where you will spend three nights.

Today your journey continues as you transfer by road (an approximate 6-hour drive) to Maun. From here, you will fly by light aircraft to the water-filled paradise of the Okavango Delta and Xigera Mokoro Trails Camp for two nights.

After breakfast you will fly to the private Linyanti Concession and the Linyanti Discoverer Camp for your next three nights.

After a short morning game drive and breakfast, you will fly by light aircraft to the northern region of Chobe National Park. Enjoy a leisurely shaded boat cruise along the Chobe River with a light lunch. You’ll have the unique opportunity to observe puku, enormous herds of elephant, numerous pods of hippo and large crocodiles, as well as other general game and diverse birdlife. After the cruise you will be transferred by road into Zambia. After clearing customs and immigration you will make your way to the Zambezi River and Toka Leya Camp for your final night in Africa!

Today you will take a guided tour of Victoria Falls before transferring to the Livingstone Airport for your scheduled flight to Johannesburg. Upon arrival in Johannesburg, you will connect with your international flight home.
