Day 1: Galapagos Islands

You will arrive at San Cristobal Island in the morning.

After passing through immigration and baggage claim, you will be met by a Horizon staff member and transferred to the yacht. You will be shown to your cabin where you will have some time to settle in before lunch and a welcome briefing.

Interpretation Center: This site is part of an environment project. The tour of this center will explore the natural history of the islands including human interaction and conservation efforts. The Museum of Natural History explains the volcanic origin of the archipelago, ocean currents, climate, and the arrival of endemic species. The Human History exhibit chronologically describes significant events such as discovery and colonization of the islands.

Day 2: Galapagos Islands

Pitt Point, situated on the north-eastern tip of the San Cristobal island, hosts frigate birds, storm petrels, and all three types of booby birds: the Nazca, blue-footed and red-footed boobies. A steep trail goes up a cliff and through a ravine leading visitors to an area with an abundance of birds.

Witch Hill: Located on the northern coast, this eroded hill and its surroundings present one of the most picturesque beaches in the Galapagos with its white powdery sand and the abundance of animals. Wildlife includes sea turtles, rays, and various types of booby birds. The clear water provides an excellent opportunity for enjoying swimming and snorkeling.

Kicker rock: This striking rock formation is located a couple hours off the western shore of San Cristobal. Jutting out of the water, the rocks stand vertically at hundreds of feet above the ocean divided by a small channel. Although there are no landing areas, circumnavigation and dinghy rides allow visitors to spot a variety of marine life.

Day 3: Galapagos Islands

Early in the morning head to Suarez Point on Española Island, a nesting site for waved albatross, along with other sea birds, like masked and blue-footed boobies, among others. This place is also home to marine iguanas and sea lions During the afternoon, you will visit Gardner Bay, home to a large and varied wildlife population, like boobies, frigate birds and sea lions. In this place, you will have the opportunity to swim from the shore or just rest or walk on the beach. After this activity, dinner will be served onboard.

Day 4: Galapagos Islands

First activity of the day will be heading to Bachas Beach, one of the main nesting sites for sea turtles, where you can also admire native species like flamingos, light foot crabs, among others, at the lagoons behind the coast line. After lunch, you will visit Bartolome Island, place well known for its incredible remnants of volcano cones and distinct terrain such as Pinnacle Rock. A hike will lead you up to the top of a lookout point to see all the island. End of the day and dinner onboard.

Day 5: Galapagos Islands

After breakfast, the catamaran will take you to Rabida Island, which is one of the most colorful and volcanically varied islands in the archipelago, due to its red sand beach, product of the iron found there, and is also a great snorkeling site. In the afternoon, you will visit Egas Port a beach located at the west side of Santiago island, its main attractive is its black sand beach, where you can also see Galapagos Fur Seals, Galapagos Hawks, and salt water lagoons where flamingos rest. End of the activities and dinner onboard.

Day 6: Galapagos Islands

Early in the morning, you Will visit Darwin Bay at Genovesa Island, a white sand coral beach, where you will take a trail that winds through mangroves filled with land birds. Nazca boobies, red-footed boobies, and swallow-tailed gulls can be spotted here. Further down the path, you will find tidal pools where sea lions swim playfully. After this activity, head to El Barranco, also known as Prince Phillip ́s Steps, it ́s a step rocky path that leads to a cliff, from where you can appreciate an amazing view of Genovesa Island.

Day 7: MT Camila

At the end of the day, the trimaran will take you to Mosquera Islet, located between the islands of Baltra and North Seymour, this place is a result of volcanic uprising, and it has one of the largest populations of sea lions and is home to many shorebirds. In the afternoon, you will go to Santa Cruz Island, specifically the Highlands, place that is home to giant tortoises that roam freely in its natural habitat, and also mocking birds, finches, among other species. End of the day and dinner onboard.

Day 8: End of Itinerary

Early in the morning, head to North Seymour, located north of Baltra this place is an uplifted island, where you will be able to see Galapagos sea lions, blue-footed boobies and magnificent frigate birds which are abundant on the Island. After this activity, you will be transferred from the boat to Baltra airport to take your flight back to the continent.
