Upon arrival at Maun Airport you will be met by your private guide and / or a representative from Mack Air. You will transfer from Maun by light-aircraft to Khwai Private airstrip, approximately a 25 minute flight.
At Khwai, you will transfer in an open-sided game-viewer to your private camp for the next 3 nights. Flight times dependent, you will likely arrive in time for afternoon tea before heading out on your first game-drive to explore the Khwai area.
Khwai is a community run concession which benefits guests with the options of night-drives., as well as being able to off-road.

You have two full days to explore Khwai. Typically you will be woken up early for a light breakfast; the aim is to be out in the vehicle for sunrise maximising the opportunity to see the wildlife when they are at their most active.
Arrival back into camp is usually around 11am when you will have a well-deserved brunch and a chance for a siesta, shower or to simply relax. At around 3.30 / 4pm tea and coffee will be available before you head out for your afternoon game drive. Depending on what sightings you come across, you will stop for sun-set drinks at a scenic point before heading back to camp for dinner.

After breakfast, you will make your way to the Khwai airstrip for a light-aircraft transfer to Gomoti Plains, approximately a 20 minute flight.
Upon landing just outside of the lodge, you will be transferred by vehicle to base which is approximately 20 minutes. After brunch and being shown around camp, you have the chance to relax in your new surroundings before heading out on your first-game drive to explore the Gomoti area.
Gomoti Plains is located in a private concession providing the opportunity for game-drives off road and night drives.

Today you will take a short flight to Moremi Game Reserve, where you will find your familar Golden Africa camp ready and waiting for you.
You will head out in the afternoon to explore the beautiful Moremi area.
To note, there is the option to do a days boat excursion to explore the channels of the Okavango Delta and see the residents and visitors of the water such as hippo, elephant, crocodile, otters and numerous birds. This must be booked in advance and is water-level dependent.

This morning you say a final good-bye to Golden Africa as you head back to Maun for your onward flight home.
You will transfer by light-aircraft, approximatley a 20 - 40 minute flight depending on camp-site location in Moremi.
