SIB transfer upon your arrival to the hotel.  You should go to the Delfos-Chilexclusive desk- counter. Door number 4 (it is before crossing the door outside, so it is inside)

At 01:00 pm we will start the traditional city tour of Santiago de Chile with the lunch at the Central Market restaurant.

We will start having lunch at the inhereted and renown Central Market. visiting the principal streets of Santiago. The government house called “Casa de la Moneda”, or The Moneda Palace. We can admire its neoclassical splendour before continuing onto the ambient Plaza de Armas to contemplate the filigreed spire of the Cathedral. Another great building is the Museum of National History and the Central Post Office.  After a stop, we will enjoy the green area of El Parque Forestal, a sprawling city park based on the design of Paris’ Champs-Elysees. Enjoy the gorgeous greenery and scattered sculptures before venturing to the bohemian neighborhood of Bellavista, home to resident artists and poets, to amaze with the street art.

After a short stop, we can ascend to Saint Lucia hill to enjoy a unique panoramic view of the Andes chain. Finally, our guide will stop us in Pueblito de los Dominicos, also known as Los Granderos del Alba, a handicraft village with boutiques for unique souvenirs before returning to your hotel.

Arrival in Valdivia: The attraction of visiting Valdivia is not solely attributed to what the beautiful city itself offers, but also to its geographical location within Chile. Located in a unique setting of winding rivers and islands, there are a number of terrific things to do and places to explore.

Named after the conquistador Pedro de Valdivia, this city is found in the south of Chile and is capital of the Los Ríos region. Where once Valdivia and Chiloé were the southernmost outliers of the Spanish Empire, today Valdivia is home to history, culture and delicious food and drink.

Botanical Gardens

Stroll through the tranquil gardens that are home to native Chilean plants, imposing trees, snake-like creepers and blossoming flowers – whatever the time of year, visitors can enjoy beautiful colours while relaxing in the serene gardens.

Turrets of Barro and Canelos

These turrets and remains of a Spanish fort that was built in 1774 date back to the 17th century. History fanatics will be delighted to hear that there are local guides available to explain the facts in more detail and uncover further historical highlights.

Isla Mancera & Castillo San Pedro de Alcantara

From the center of Valdivia, you will encounter Mancera Island as the Valdivia River flows out west and just before it reaches the ocean. A beautifully green but seemingly minor island in the inlet has large historical significance. It was founded and settled back in 1554, when it was named Imperial, and almost became the new Valdivia as it was proposed to move the whole city there after the massive fire in 1682. It is also home to the historical fortress called the Castle of San Pedro de Alcantara.

Bahia de Corral

Pass the little island of Mancera and you will be entering the open ocean via the Bay of Corral. Written with the double r, do not expect white sands, clear water and a reef, but do expect the crisp, beautiful open sea and jagged coastline covered in beautiful coniferous trees. Take a boat out into the bay, or get a view of it from the neighbouring towns of Corral or Niebla.

Departure from your location in Valdivia, transfer by full tourist bus a / c.

We leave from Valdivia at 06:30 am. bound for the city of Futrono arriving at 08:00 am. Here we will have breakfast at the La Terraza restaurant, then we begin our tour of the Ranco basin visiting the following places.

Caunahue River, Huequecura Beach, Calcurrupe River, Nilahue Falls, Riñinahue Falls (World Dunk Final 2017)

Pitreño Viewpoint, Ranco Lake, Pichi Ignao Falls, Aquillin Forest, Ranco Lake Mouth and Futrono Viewpoint.

In Lago Ranco we had lunch, in La Finca del Ranco restaurant and we ended up taking once in Futrono Don Floro restaurant.

All this tour we do with a guide explaining a little history in each sector where we spend.
