Day 1: Kalahari Namibia

Welcome to Namibia! After your arrival in Windhoek, you will be greeted by our local travel agency. We will answer questions, exchange money together and assist with the collection of your equipped camping vehicle.  Continue to your first stop in the beautiful and remote Kalahari.  After setting up camp, relax and enjoy your first impressions of the country's uniqueness and fascinating scenery.

Days 2 - 3: Sossusvlei

Enjoy a hearty breakfast early in the morning before continuing on to Sossusvlei. After your arrival and setting up your campsite, enjoy the spectacular landscape that surrounds your desert lodge. During your stay, you have the opportunity to visit the highest dune, Big Daddy, and Deadvlei, the famous viewpoints in this region.

Days 4 - 5: Swakopmund

Today we continue towards the coast of Namibia and the town of Swakopmund, known for its unique blend of German colonial architecture and seaside charm. Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Namib Desert, it offers a cool climate and a relaxed atmosphere. Swakopmund is a popular tourist destination, famous for adventure activities like sandboarding and quad biking, as well as its scenic beaches, historic buildings, and vibrant local culture.

Day 6: Spitzkoppe

You continue your journey towards Spitzkoppe, where you will spend the night in an idyllic location amidst the striking granite formations. There, you will have the opportunity to explore the fascinating landscape of Spitzkoppe on your own, discover impressive rock formations, and enjoy the tranquility of this unique area. Optionally, you can take short hikes or simply experience the spectacular sunsets over the granite mountains.

Days 7 - 8: Palmwag

Today your journey continues to the fascinating Palmwag region, where this scenic, eco-friendly campsite nestled among large granite boulders in the rugged landscape offers a peaceful and remote atmosphere, with well-spaced campsites that blend naturally into the surroundings. Enjoy the evening in a relaxed atmosphere and let the vastness and tranquility of this special place work its magic on you.

Days 9 - 10: Etosha West

You will spend the next few days enjoying extensive wildlife viewing in Etosha National Park. Set up camp and enjoy the sounds of the wildlife at night beside a glowing fire. Besides lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas, Etosha is home to one of the most stable black rhino populations in the world. The most famous feature of the park is the Etosha Pan – a flat salt pan covering 5,000 square kilometers.

Days 11 - 12: Etosha South

The southernmost section of Etosha is renowned for its abundant populations of both white and black rhinos.  Find your campsite and perhaps enjoy a 'braai' tonight under the night sky. Numerous viewpoints offer stunning vistas of bushland and a rich array of wildlife. Access to the south is through the Andersson Gate. Here, visitors can spot a variety of animals, including lions and the rare, black-faced impala. However, the most remarkable wildlife found here is the elephant population. Enjoy guided nature walks, game drives, or simply watch the sunset from this breathtaking location.

Day 13: Onguma Nature Reserve

Today you'll drive through the park in your own vehicle – have your camera ready for exciting wildlife photos. The park offers a fascinating opportunity to experience diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife. In the afternoon, you'll arrive at your next campsite located in Onguma Nature Reserve, just outside the Etosha National Park.  Set among tamboti trees, it offers shaded camping spots, modern ablution facilities, and access to a nearby waterhole where wildlife can often be seen.

Day 14: Okonjima Nature Reserve

Your journey will take you near Otjiwarongo, a small town known in the local tribal language as "beautiful place." The San and Damara were the first settlers of this area, which today has a strong German influence. Travelers in this region should definitely visit the local Cheetah Conservation Fund or the crocodile farm. Surrounded by bushveld and scenic landscapes, this campsite offers spacious sites, good facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere. Okonjima is known for its connection to the AfriCat Foundation, giving visitors the chance to learn about big cat conservation and possibly see animals like cheetahs and leopards. Celebrate your last night camping in Namibia by having a traditional 'braai' for dinner!

Day 15: End of Itinerary

Drive to the airport and return your camping vehicle. Check-in for your flight back home.
