Assuming you arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) in the morning, you will be met by our representative and transferred to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight on Safarilink to the Masai Mara. Arriving just over an hour later you will be met by a representative of Sentinel Mara Camp and take a short game drive through the Musiara Marsh back to the camp where you will arrive just in time to be shown your tent and tidy up before lunch.
The next three days in the Mara can be spent as you wish and your driver/guides will discuss each day with you as you go along. The norm is an early wake up with coffee/tea around 6am to depart on a pre-breakfast game drive at about 630am. Being so close to the equator Kenya’s sunrise and sunset varies by an hour at most throughout the year, the temperature can also be comparatively cold in the early mornings and evenings, so it is a good idea to dress in layers when you go out on a drive as the middle of the day will be hot and dry.
After a sumptuous breakfast, the middle of the day is yours to do with as you please, many people go back to their tents and have a shower, perhaps read and take a nap before lunch or play board games in the main mess/lounge area of camp. After lunch you have a few hours to relax again before heading out around 330/4pm on an afternoon game drive – perhaps follow up on the pride of lion you saw in the morning, or head out to look for an elusive leopard or cheetah. After the game drive is time for a well-deserved pre-dinner drink around the camp fire and a chance to swap stories with other guests.

After an early breakfast your Sentinel driver/guide will transfer you by road Musiara Airstrip for your scheduled flight to the Serengeti landing at Seronera Airstrip. On arrival you will be met by your safari driver/guide who will transfer you by road to the Serengeti.
Spend the next two days exploring the vast savannah of the Serengeti.

After spending two days in the Serengeti you depart on another long game through the park into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, around the edge of the crater and down into the lush coffee fields of Karatu and Gibbs Farm.
Choose from a wide array of experiences each day giving you a rich insight into sustainable farming methods, tribal folklore, Maasai legends, traditional Tanzanian village life, and East African art. You can opt to wander around the farm, help out with baking, harvesting or coffee roasting, take a variety of walks in the surrounding areas, visit the local rural community on a cycling safari, or volunteer for various community programmes.
We have organised for you to descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater once during your stay, for the maximum six hour each day.
Otherwise relax and enjoy the peace and serenity of Gibbs Farm with your friends.
