It is a 5 hour road transfer from Lusaka to KaingU Safari Lodge. Once you arrive, you can enjoy lunch and an afternoon activity: a boat cruise, nature walk or game drive
Starting on a wide & slow flowing stretch of the river, north of the lodge. Stop for a granite-boulder picnic and overnight on an island, accommodation in a dome-tent or Tonga-tree basket.
After breakfast continue canoeing through a myriad of channels & islands. Returning to the lodge for lunch and an afternoon activity: nature walk, game drive, visit to the school & community.
Enjoy a morning game drive, a sunrise walk or lie in. After a siesta start canoeing from the lodge heading south through the rapids and Izhibakamnwale channels; return to the lodge by vehicle or on foot.
