Upon arrival at Kigali international airport and passing through the immigration process, you will be welcomed by our safari driver who will, brief you shortly and transfer you to the booked accommodation.
This morning, after enjoying breakfast at your lodge, you will embark on a Kigali city tour. The tour includes a visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial, followed by lunch. Afterward, you will be transferred to Musanze, near Volcanoes National Park, where you will settle in for lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Begin your day with an early morning breakfast before heading to the park headquarters for a detailed gorilla trekking briefing. You will venture into the jungle in search of the shy mountain gorillas. Once you encounter these incredible creatures, you’ll have the opportunity to spend an hour observing their fascinating social behavior and capturing memorable photos in their natural habitat. Gorilla trekking requires a reasonable level of fitness, sturdy walking shoes, and essentials like insect repellent, sunscreen, a hat, and plenty of water. The trek can take a half or full day, depending on the gorillas' movements. After this unforgettable experience, return to your lodge for a well deserved lunch. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the local culture with a visit to the Iby’Iwacu cultural village, where you can explore Rwandan traditions and daily life.

- Begin your gorilla trekking adventure in Volcanoes National Park.

- Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.
After enjoying your morning breakfast, you will proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing before embarking on a golden monkey trekking adventure. This experience follows a similar procedure to gorilla trekking but is less physically demanding. Upon completing the trek, return to your lodge for lunch before beginning your journey back to Kigali. In Kigali, you may opt for an additional city tour before enjoying a grand dinner. Following dinner, you will be transferred to the airport in time for your departure flight.
