You will start your day of touring with a visit to the District Six Museum and an orientation of the city, including the Bo-Kaap area.
Bo-Kaap is an area situated at the foot of Signal Hill and slopes of Table Mountain. Known for its famous colourful homes, this unique area is steeped in rich history and nostalgia. Delve into a culinary journey of yesteryear and learn how a fusion of cultures and ingredients gave birth to what is now known as Cape Malay cuisine. Bo-Kaap is a melting pot of people, tradition, culture and delicious food.
You will then transfer to the V & A Waterfront, where you will be welcomed into the Spyced Restaurant for a Cape Malay cooking class which has been booked for 12:30am.
