AM Food Tour in Golf Cart

9:00 am Meet your guide in the lobby and start your tour.

We will pick you up at your place in the city center and we will drive through some beautiful landmarks and back alleys of the city until we get to our first stop, a small and authentic farmer’s market where locals shop for their daily grocery. You will get to taste “Pinzimonio” with some amazing local olive oil and wine, bread, buffalo mozzarella and seasonal fruit. We then hop back on the golf cart and head to Campo De Fiori square where we’ll stop at one of the oldest “norcinerie”, sampling unique cheeses and cold cuts such as Prosciutto and Barolo Salame. Visit  the famous “Mercato Testaccio”. We will drive towards the western bank of the river to enter the famous Testaccio neighborhood and its amazing market. Here you can find a really vast choice of homemade Roman food, including the famous fried riceball called “Supplì” and the Roman Pinsa with Porchetta. Cherry on top? The best gelato in Rome! At the end of the tour, the golf car will take you to Vatican for your next tour.

Private Colosseum & Ancient Forum Tour

9:00 am Meet your private guide (location to be advise locally) for the visit of Coliseum and Ancient Forum, a wonderful walk through the grandeur and glory of ancient roman times, discovering and admiring the most famous buildings and monuments of Imperial Rome.

You will reach the symbol of the Eternal City, the Colosseum, and you will enjoy the large archeological area of the Roman Forum, the political, legal, religious and economic center of the city, completely immersing yourself in the history of Rome.

Rest of the day free to relax and visit the city on your own.

Transfer to Venice

7:45 am Breakfast in hotel and check out. Meet your private driver in the lobby and transfer to the train station.

Board the High Speed Train to Venice (Time 8.35-12.34)

Take your private taxi boat who will await for you outside the train station to get to your hotel (check Map). Check-in the hotel and after a quick break, reach the meeting point (walking distance - check voucher)) to depart your Gondola Ride.

2:30 pm Private Gondola Ride with Prosecco on board

During the tour, you’ll receive a bottle of Prosecco to enjoy on-board.

Private Food Tour of Venice

4:30 pm Meet your private guide at you hotel and depart for a food tour to discover the traditional food of Venice through its History.

Prosecco Hills Tour & Tasting

Make your way to Venice Train Station with the Vaporetto (Venetian “Bus” Boat). The ‘bus stop’ (San Zaccharia) is in front of your hotel and goes directly to the train station through the Canal Grande.

Board the train to Conegliano at 8:31 am. Arrival at 9:30 am and pick up at Conegliano Train Station by a private driver/guide.

Let your guide drive you through the Hills of Prosecco Superior, home of good wine and many local productions.
The Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the north-east of Italy, represent a landscape characterized by hilly ridges, eyelashes (small vineyards on narrow grassy terraces), forests, villages and crops.
The small vineyards on the edges, coexist with forest corners, small woods, hedges, and rows of trees that serve as corridors to connect different habitats. The villages are scattered in narrow valleys or perched on the tops.
The Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene have been included in the World Heritage List as a cultural landscape.

Enjoy 2 Wine Tasting in 2 different Wine Cellar.

At the end of the Tasting, the driver/guide will bring you to a Typical Osteria for a traditional Lunch.

After your Lunch, the driver/guide will transfer you to Conegliano Train Station to board the train to Venice at 5:31 pm, arrival at 6:29 pm). Once in Venice, make your way back to the hotel, enjoying a 30 minutes walk through the little streets of the city, or take the Vaporetto.

Transfer to Florence

9:30 am Breakfast in hotel and check-out. Meet your taxi boat to get to Venice train station.

Board the High Speed Train to Florence (Time 10.26-12.39)

Arrive Florence and reach the hotel at only 2 minutes walking distance. Check-in and meet your private guide in the lobby for your first tour.

Private Walking Food Tour of Florence

3:00 pm Meet your private guide in the hotel. Florence has become well known over the centuries for its Eno gastronomic tradition: the famous ”Fiorentina” (grilled T-bone steak), “ribollita” (a kind of vegetable soup), tripe and “lampredotto”, Chianti Wine, “cantuccini“(biscuits with almonds) with “vinsanto” (sweet wine) and so on. This itinerary will enable you to learn more about Florentine cuisine , visiting historical places linked to the local food and wine tradition and discovering the origin and the ingredients of typical recipes. During this tour you will taste food and wine in typical Florentine Shops.

8:00 am Meet your guide in the lobby and start your tour.

Private Walking Tour of Pisa

9:30 am Arrive Pisa and meet your private guide to visit the Cathedral & the Baptistery. Then reach the famous Leaning Tower and start your visit from inside. 

Note: the tower includes the climb of 251 steps, some of which are disconnected and slippery, and therefore it is not recommended to go up for those with motor problems or cardiovascular diseases.

Meet your driver again and transfer to the hills of Lucca for a lunch break before continuing.

1:00 - 1:30 pm Restaurant reservation at Il Vecchio Olivo, a traditional Osteria where to taste authentic plates of Tuscany (lunch to be paid on spot).

Winery Tour and Wine & Olive Oil Tasting in Lucca

2:30 - 3:00 pm Upon arrival at the winery a welcome drink will be served, followed by the Tour of the Cellar. After the visit the wine and oil tasting will be held in our tasting room accompanied by a chopping board of salami and Tuscan cheeses, bread of Altopascio with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, chocolate and Cantuccini (typical Tuscan cookies). The resort has a restaurant on site an a table will be reserved for you for lunch (not included).

Return to your hotel and rest of the day at leisure.

Classic Chianti Wine Tour

9:00 am Breakfast in hotel and check-out. Meet your driver/guide in the lobby for your transfer to Siena. Along the way, enjoy a Classic Chianti Wine Tour.

During the experience you will be able to visit two different wineries and taste their wines. They differ in style and techniques. You will go to one of the most important producers in the area, a renowned reality, that focuses on the production of exceptionally fine and elegant wines following the dream of his first owner to become the greatest. You will then go to a small family run business, where new technologies are still far away, but where the love that ‘Grandpa’ has always shown for his fruits it’s evident in the final product. You will be hosted for lunch in the perfect set up of this organic farm with terraces overlooking the hills and the vines.

Continue to Siena and rest of the day at leisure. Look at the magnificent Basilica of San Domenico to admire its architecture and art, as well as the important relic that it contains, of the patron Saint of Italy and Europe: Saint Catherine, who was born in Siena.

4:00 pm After a quick break, meet your private guide in the lobby and start your tour. You will discover the historical center and its history while you will taste "Caffé Nocciolato" in Gambrinus Cafe, "Pizza fritta"  (fried pizza),  the famous Baba and Sfogliatella, and finish with a traditional Gelato.

Wine Tasting paired with Typical Lunch

10:30 am The tour begin with an organic Wine Tasting paired with a Typical Lunch of the Gulf of Naples at the Winemaker’s House. A welcome drink of the Spumante Rose’ “Capafresca” grown at our family run Vineyard, you will be greeted by our family member, Sommelier and resident wine specialist Ester. Once immerse with the surroundings and rich cultural history of the environment, she will escort you to her Villa adjacent the vineyard and personally cook for you a three courses meal paired with our organic Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio DOP Superior Wines exclusively grown in the volcanic soils of Mount Vesuvio. 

 The “Aperitivo” starter consists of local fresh baked bread, traditionally cooked in a wood fired oven accompanied by our home made organic extra virgin olive oil. In addition, you will try "Casatiello” a local bread (containing salami, provolone cheese and black pepper), olives and grilled eggplant.

 Your three courses meal will consists of the following:

• First course: Homemade Ravioli Caprese stuffed with local Caciotta cheese and marjoram herb in a Vesuvius Piennolo DOP tomato sauce
• Main course: Neapolitan style eggplant parmesan
• Dessert: Ester’s gluten free almond and Sorrento lemons cake

Private Walking Tour of Pompeii

2:00 pm After lunch, transfer toward Pompeii and meet your private guide for a tour.

It is known for its ancient city buried in 79 A.D. by the eruption of Vesuvius. The ruins include the Villa of the Mysteries with frescoes and the Roman Amphitheater. In the city, the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin of the Rosary has mosaics and a large dome. The Vesuvian Museum G.B. Alfano exhibits volcanic rocks and prints of historical eruptions.

Sharing Eno Gastronomic Tour

9:00 am Reach the meeting point (15 minutes walking distance - see voucher) and start your day with a visit to a local historical and organic lemon-farm. Enjoy a walking tour of the citrus and olive groves and learn about the farm’s history, production and traditional farming techniques. Then, head to the tasting area to sample the farm’s fresh products:

• fresh lemonade, orange and lemon homemade jams
• extra virgin olive oil simple and in the different flavorings
• homemade bread

The first step ends with homemade limoncello, the quintessential Italian liqueur, you’ll see and learn the family recipe taking part in the demonstration and tasting it.

At the end of the first step you you will be transported with our “Ferrari” called APE CALESSINO to the nearby cheese-farm called "IL TURUZIELLO" where you will taste the fresh MOZZARELLA di fior di latte made at moment, ricotta two hours old, you will eat the milk in 15 minutes like CACIOTTINA and you’ll taste the real typical aged cheese called PROVOLONE DEL MONACO DOP, all accompanied by a glass of a local organic wine.
After teasing your palate, it is time for some Classic Italian/Neapolitan PIZZA. Head to a local and traditional restaurant, in the historical center of SCHIAZZANO, for a hands-on PIZZA MAKING class. Learn how to make a typical Neapolitan Pizza Margherita and then sink your teeth into the creations followed by homemade dessert and coffee.

Return to the meeting point and rest of the day at leisure to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea.
 

Semi Private Amalfi Coast Boat Tour “GOZZO SORRENTINO”

8:15 am Reach the meeting point in Sorrento center (5 minutes walking distance from the hotel - see voucher) and transfer to the port of Piano di Sorrento. Check-in and embarkation on the typical Gozzo Sorrentino Boat.

Along the way admire:

• the ancient fishermen village of “Marina Grande”, the ruins of a Roman Villa near “Bagni della Regina Giovanna”, the natural waterfall that flows from the rock, Ieranto Bay and other interesting spots of the Gulf.
• Sail along the Amalfi Coast, and enjoy stunning views of the Li Galli islands, Positano, Praiano, Fiord of Furore and Amalfi.
• Swimming stop and snorkeling or just relaxing break with snacks and drinks offered on board.

Free time in Amalfi (up 2 hours) to visit the ancient Maritime Republic and free time in Positano (up to 2 hours) to explore the “pearl” of the Amalfi Coast. Navigation back to Sorrento with limoncello tasting on board. Transfer to the original meeting point and rest of the day at leisure.

Transfer to Rome

10:00 am Breakfast in hotel and check-out. Meet your driver in the lobby to get to Naples train station.

Board the High Speed Train to Rome (Time 12:40-13:55)

Meet your private driver in Rome train station and transfer to the hotel. Time for a break before starting your tour.

Sharing Roman Food Tour

5:00 pm Reach the meeting point in Trastevere neighborhood (30 minutes walking distance highly recommended to enjoy Rome by foot - see voucher and map).  Your guide will be holding a sign saying ‘The Roman Food Tour'.
Visits 4 locally loved venues for over 20 delicious tastings, while admiring the beautiful architecture, cobblestone streets and ivy-coated buildings. Tastings include 30 year aged balsamic vinegar, truffles, cheese, hams, D.O.C.G wine, pizza, homemade pasta, gelato and more. The tour ends at the "Fonte della Salute" artisanal gelateria (ice cream shop).  Become an expert in gelato, by learning how to spot the real from fake gelato. Favorite flavors include ricotta with caramelized figs and salted caramel.

• Additional food and wine tastings at all venues are permitted for those who wish to have extra.

Return to your hotel on your own (30 minutes walking distance) and our guides can point you in the right direction for a taxi stand or bus stop.

Private Transfer to the Airport

10:00 am After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and transfer to the Airport. Board your international flight and end of the Tour.
