Wildlife Of Botswana Safari

Your Botswana safari begins today as you board your international flight to Africa!

On arrival in Livingstone or Victoria Falls Airport, you will be met by a representative for your road transfer to Chobe National Park and Chobe Game Lodge, where you will enjoy your first two nights on safari!

After an early wake-up call and breakfast, you will depart in your specially equipped safari vehicle for your drive to the Savute area of Chobe National Park. This day is spent traveling to Savute Safari Lodge and depending on the time of year, your guide may choose to take the road less traveled and incorporate a visit to the Nogatsaa area. This afternoon you will arrive at Savute Safari Lodge for your two night stay.

Your Botswana safari continues today as you travel through the Mababe depression and into the Moremi Game Reserve, crossing the well-known Khwai River. You will enjoy an extended game drive to Camp Moremi in the Xaxanaka area where you will enjoy your next two nights.

Leaving your safari vehicle at Camp Moremi, you will depart by boat into the heart of the Okavango Delta. The journey through the serpentine channels and expansive lagoons gives you the opportunity to experience this magnificent ecosystem! Camp Okavango is situated on Nxaragha Island located well within the permanent Okavango Delta.

After breakfast and your morning game viewing activity, you will fly to Leroo La Tau in Makgadikgadi Pans National Park, where you will enjoy your final two nights in Africa!

Your Botswana safari concludes as you transfer to the airstrip in time to connect with your light aircraft flight to Maun. On arrival in Maun, you will connect with your scheduled flight to Johannesburg. Upon arrival in Johannesburg, you will connect with your international flight back to the USA.
