Experience the Great Migration in the southern Serengeti
The wildebeest migration in the Ndutu region, located in the southern Serengeti, is one of the world’s most impressive natural phenomena. Every year, millions of wildebeest, accompanied by zebras and gazelles, cross this region in search of new grazing grounds. This migration follows a precise cycle dictated by the rainy seasons, offering a fascinating spectacle in which the animals must face numerous challenges, including predators lying in wait at every stage. The Ndutu region, with its vast plains and marshes, is the ideal place to observe this incredible phenomenon, particularly between December and March, when a large portion of the migration is concentrated in the area.
