Arriving at OR Tambo Airport, a driver will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel for the evening. After checking into your room the rest of the afternoon is spent at your own leisure.

Day 2: Missing Point

We start the Victoria Falls tour in Johannesburg and fly from the O R Tambo International Airport to Vic Falls Airport and transferred to your hotel. Later this afternoon embark on a 2-hour Sundowner Cruise. Enjoy finger snacks with your favorite alcoholic or soft drink on the Zambezi River.

The cruise is a superb way to relax and enjoy the beauty of the river. You have the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife, including hippo, crocodile, elephant and sometimes even rhino, as well as many bird species.

Day 3: Missing Point

The Victoria Falls is in its 150 millionths fantastic year, truly awe-inspiring experience – the sight, the sound, the smell, the humbling feeling that this may indeed be nature’s supreme masterpiece. Nothing prepares one for your first sight of the falls. On this guided tour, you will be accompanied through the rainforest by a qualified guide who will give a brief history of the Falls themselves as well as detailing the flora, fauna, bird and wildlife and other points of interest. We return to the hotel later or you can do our own exploring.

Early evening you are transferred to the Boma Place of Eating.. This is not just another ethnic restaurant but a rather unique cultural experience. You will be greeted in local languages and invited to take part in a hand washing ceremony before sampling traditional beer and snacks before dinner. Excellent cuisine, including a variety of game meats and traditional Zimbabwean dishes are on offer. The meal is accompanied by entertainment from traditional dancers, the story teller and a local witch-doctor for some fortune telling. After dinner the Sangoma tells tales of the country’s folklore, culture and heritage. The highlight of the evening is the interactive drumming and dancing, so come prepared to participate.

Day 4: Johannesburg

After breakfast, you have time for some last-minute exploring, such as optional flights by helicopter or fixed-wing aircraft. After exploring we take you to the local airport for your flight to Johannesburg arriving mid-afternoon.

Day 5: Missing Point

This wildlife safari takes us via Middelburg and Dullstroom to the Three Rondavels view site at the Blyde River Canyon. We visit scenic areas such as Bourke’s Luck Potholes (a walk down the hill to see this unique trick of nature is worth the experience), Lisbon Falls, God’s Window and the Pinnacle before a short visit to Pilgrim’s Rest, an early gold mining town declared a National Monument. Rich deposits of alluvial gold were found here at the end of the last century, hence the existence of the town deep in the mountains

Day 6: Southern Kruger

After an early breakfast, we do a pleasant walk through indigenous forest to see the Lone Creek Falls. Then we follow a scenic route to Hazyview and enter the Kruger National Park where our wildlife safari commences. We spend the rest of day in this magnificent reserve around 2 million ha in extent

Day 7: Southern Kruger

Today we devote our time to game viewing in search for the ‘Big Five’ among other animals. Reach the next camp at sunset for dinner and overnight. Some may also want to do a night drive in an open safari vehicle utilising high powered spotlights in search of the nocturnal animals (optional).

Day 8: Cape Town

This morning we have breakfast and check our from camp, we then make our way back to Johannesburg for your evening flight to Cape Town Arriving in Cape Town, your driver will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel.

Day 9: Cape Town

 Cape Town, Tavern of the Seas, with the majestic Table Mountain as a backdrop, is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

An electric mix of architectural styles, cobblestone streets, and cultural diversity enhances the cosmopolitan ambiance.

A trip by cable car to the top of Table Mountain ( optional ) is extremely rewarding. At the top, the city unfolds below you from the viewpoints. We also visit the Malay Quarters, Castle of Good Hope, Company Gardens and Government Avenue, Houses of Parliament, S.A. Museum. We take a final drive to Milnerton for a full view of Table Mountain with the city in its lap

Day 10: Cape Town

The Cape Peninsula forms part of the Cape floral kingdom which is the smallest floral kingdom there is. It has more indigenous plant species per square meter than anywhere else on earth. Both coastlines of the Peninsula combined have more than a hundred beaches with dazzling white sands. This route also offers magnificent viewpoints for the photographers on board. On this round-trip of the Peninsula you will visit the following highlights:

Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens with over seven thousand plant species, half of which being indigenous plants and of those, some two thousand six hundred being endemic to the peninsula. From here you drive via the Constantia Valley which is the oldest winemaking centre in South Africa. The African Penguins at Boulders Beach in Simon’s Town. Simon’s Town is also the headquarters of the S.A Navy. Cape of Good Hope is the most south western extremity of the African continent. Cape point which is the second-best viewpoint after Table Mountain. The fynbos rich Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and the spectacular scenic drive over Chapman’s Peak along the west of the Peninsula, that will take you back to the city after this eventful day.  Overnight Hotel on St Georges.

Day 11: Cape Town

Discover the history of wine-making in the Paarl Winelands tour of Cape Town South Africa

Highlights of this tour include Paarl with its rich history of winemaking and the role it played in the development of the Afrikaans language and Franschhoek Valley where French settlers settled after fleeing persecution in France in the late 17th century. Come partake in luxurious wine tasting tours of Cape Town and visit some of this area’s most famous wine estates.

We spend time in Stellenbosch with its many historic buildings and some unique shopping opportunities. A great tour to taste of South Africa’s best wine !

Day 12: Windhoek

After an early breakfast, you will be taken to Cape Town Airport for your flight connecting flight via Johannesburg to Windhoek

On arrival in Windhoek, you will be transferred to the hotel. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure to explore the area before we travel to Sossusvlei.

Day 13: Solitaire

Depart Windhoek late morning and travel via the scenic Spreetshoogte Pass and Solitaire into the Namib Desert the oldest and driest desert on earth. Late afternoon check into the hotel after an exciting day traveling into the desert.

Day 14: Solitaire

After an early rise, enter the Namib-Naukluft Park early morning and watch the first sun rays change the dunes into a picturesque lunar-like scene. Travel from the Tsauchab River Valley to the Sossusvlei surrounded by some of the highest sand dunes in the world. After a picnic lunch under Camelthorn trees, return to the lodge via the Sesriem Canyon and awe at the rock formations. Sundowner drive to Marble Mountain.

Day 15: Windhoek
