Welcome to Africa! As you arrive in Nairobi, Kenya, you will be met by a Rothschild representative for your road transfer to Karen Blixen Cottages, where you will enjoy your first two nights in Africa!
Tomorrow, you will enjoy your day at leisure (touring options available upon request).

After breakfast this morning, you will transfer by road to Amboseli National Park (a drive of approximately 4 hours), home to the legendary Maasai tribesmen and famous for huge herds of elephant. Early this afternoon, you will arrive at Ol Tukai Lodge for your two night stay. Enjoy lunch at the lodge followed by an afternoon game drive.
Your journey continues today as you transfer by road back to Nairobi, where you will stop for lunch (on own account.) After lunch, you will drive north with your guide to Ol Pejeta Conservancy and your next camp, Sweetwaters.
This afternoon enjoy a visit to the Chimp Sanctuary



After breakfast, you will transfer to the local airstrip for your scheduled flight into the world-famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Upon arrival, you will be met by your guide and transferred to Governors Main Camp for two nights.



After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport where you will connect with your flight to Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Upon arrival at the Kilimanjaro airport, your guide will meet you for your drive to Tarangire National Park, a drive of approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on your stops along the way. This afternoon you will arrive at Tarangire River Camp where you will be spending your next two nights.



This morning, you will transfer by road to the Ngorongoro Highlands with a stop along the way for a game drive in scenic Lake Manyara National Park. You will then continue on to the Ngorongoro Plantation Lodge, where you will enjoy your next two nights.
Tomorrow, wake up early for your road transfer to the Crater entrance gate. From here, you will enjoy a morning game drive, exploring the wonders of Ngorongoro Crater. After your drive, you may wish to visit Olduvai Gorge, the site where Mary & Louis Leakey discovered some of mankind’s earliest ancestors (additional cost).



Depending on when you are traveling, the accommodations we have chosen have been carefully selected and decided on which is determined by the movement of wildlife which is based on the annual wildebeest, zebra and other ungulates migration as they move from north to south in search of fresh grazing and water.
From June-December: After breakfast this morning you will head to the Manyara Airport for your flight to the Serengeti National Park. Bid farewell to your guide as in the Serengeti you will be under the care of your safari guide who is based in the Serengeti at your lodging.On arrival in the Serengeti you will be met by your guide and transferred to your accommodation
From January-April: If you are traveling during the months January-April you will travel with the same guide to Southern Serengeti to your camp as this is the time of the year when the migration herds are gathering in the south, so your accommodations we have chosen at this time of year will be located in the heart of the migration.



Bid farewell to the Serengeti as your great migration safari ends and you transfer by road to the local airstrip in time to connect with your light aircraft flight back to Kilimanjaro. On arrival in Kilimanjaro, you will connect with your international flight back to the USA. Optional day use room available on request.
