Upon arrival at the Windhoek International Airport, you will be met by a local  representative who will discuss the itinerary with you and hand over the detailed road book, maps and vouchers.

Take over rental vehicle and travel to Windhoek.

Depart Windhoek towards the lodge at Sesriem, gateway to the Sossusvlei Dunes. Arrival will be around early afternoon. We recommend a visit to the Sesriem Canyon during the late afternoon.

Kindly take note that the park gates close at sunset.

Early morning rise to meet the transfer to the balloon take off site at 05:15 at Sossusvlei Lodge.

Ballooning - an experience one in a million - over the Namib Desert. Followed by a champagne breakfast upon landing.

Return to Lodge. Afternoon at leisure to explore.

Optional Sundowner Drive from the Lodge can be booked.

Another early rise and travelling to Sossusvlei Dunes (60km) is well paid off with a spectacular morning at the Sossusvlei Dunes. A short hike can be undertaken to the "dead vlei". Please take enough water along. The last 4km are only accessible on foot or 4x4 vehicle. Return to Lodge. At leisure.

Optional Neuras Wine Farm Visit.

Todays travelling is estimated for approximately half a day. Your journey continues north via Solitaire - a small farm village and Lodge - through the Gaub Canyon, Kuiseb pass and Namib Desert to Swakopmund. You will surely be welcomed by the fresh Atlantic breeze.

Camel rides

Scenic flights to mention a few.

An early departure is advisable for today's journey.

Today you can visit Etosha park in your rented vehicle or book a guided drive at the Lodge to Etosha park.

Leisurely travel back to Windhoek.

Return rental vehicle followed by transfer to Windhoek International Airport.

After about 2 hours flight, arrival at Cape Town Airport. Meet & Greet and Transfer to Franschhoek.

At leisure at Franschhoek with various activities optional.

We recommend the Wine Tram or a visit to a wine farm with wine tasting.

Your transfer service will meet you in the morning and transfer you back to Cape Town.
