Day 2: Naivasha

After breakfast, you will receive a safari briefing and then depart for Lake Naivasha in a 4x4 safari vehicle with your experienced driver/guide. Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake in Kenya, outside the town of Naivasha, in Nakuru County. The name is derived from the local Maasai name Nai'posha, meaning "rough water." The journey takes you along the Great Rift Valley Escarpment and depending on traffic, should take about 4 hours. You arrive in time to check-in and enjoy lunch at the resort. In the afternoon, enjoy an hour-long boat excursion on Lake Naivasha. There is no better way to see the famous Naivasha hippos than on a boat safari. After your excursion return to the resort for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 4: Masai Mara, Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, depart for your 4-hour drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve. The Masai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. Animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos. Wildebeest move back and forth across the African plains during their annual migration. You will arrive at Keekorok Lodge in time to enjoy lunch before departing for your afternoon game drive in the national reserve - about 4 hours long. A Masai Mara safari delivers many attractions, as the reserve is home to an excellent year-round concentration of game, including the more than two million wildebeest, zebras and other antelope that make up the famous Great Migration. After the game drive, return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Visitors can buy beaded jewellery made by the women and worn by both men and women in the village. After lunch, you have an afternoon game drive (about 3 hours) in the Masai Mara National Reserve.
