You will arrive at Windhoek Hosea Kutako International Airport where you will be met by our car hire representative.
They will transfer you to the vehicle hire depot where the vehicle handover will take place. You will receive your Tracks 4 Africa highlighted route map and your information pack containing copies of your lodge and activity vouchers, directions from location to location with points of interest noted along the route, and other useful information.
You have the day at leisure in Windhoek.
We can arrange guided sightseeing if required
Drive down from Kieliekrankie to River Place Manor.
I love this particular Guesthouse as it has a great spot on the river, the staff are amazing and also they can organise onsite some fab trips including canoeing on the River, wine tasting at local vineyards, river cruises and birdwatching, so I think you will like it here.
Break the journey to Namibia at Augrabies National Park.
1 night is enough really.
drive through the Northern Cape and cross into Namibia at Noerdoewer.
You can do a full or half day canoe trip.
Head over to the eastern side of the Canyon and overnight at Canyon Lodge.
2 nights at Eagle's Nest as requested :)
This bed and breakfast is cheap as chips but really fabulous!!!
