On arrival you will be transferred to Ellerman House by private vehicle where you will spend the next 4 days exploring the region.

The rest of the day is yours to unpack, unwind and explore at your leisure.

Ellerman House is ideally located for all excursions in and around Cape Town.

There is plenty to do in Cape Town to suit most interests and the friendly staff at Ellerman House will be delighted to guide you through your choices.

Here are a few ideas for your first day in the city.

No holiday to Cape Town is complete without a trip up Table Mountain. You will ride a rotating cable car to 1067m above sea level where you will get to enjoy spectacular views of the city, it's mountains and beaches. There are several pathways which lead to lookout points. Enjoy an incredible sunset before you descend back down to the city and enjoy a night out in the town. Tickets can be arranged in advance to beat the queue.

Visit Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, world renowned for its spectacular setting below the eastern slopes of Table Mountain and its magnificent display of the Fynbos Floral Kingdom. Enjoy a picnic and walk along the "boomslang"

Visit The Company Gardens which date back to the 1600's and enjoy lunch at the Company Gardens Restaurant.

Enjoy High Tea at The Belmond Mount Nelson

Take a scenic helicopter flight over the Cape Peninsula and end your day with a sunset boat cruise which leaves from the V&A Waterfront.

For the adventurous, hike up Lion's Head and paraglide down onto Camps Bay Beach.

Enjoy a tour of the Cape Peninsula by private vehicle.

Enjoy the luxurious facilities of the hotel and treat yourself to a spa treatment or enjoy a wine tasting up in the magnificent tasting room.

Today you will be transferred from Delaire Hotel & Spa to Cape Town International Airport in a private vehicle, where you will board your domestic flight to Port Elizabeth Airport. You will be met by a representative and transferred to Kariega Private Game Reserve where you will enjoy the next 2 days of nature, wilderness and BIG 5 game viewing.

Over the next couple of days you can enjoy a selection of activities which will bring you up close to the wildlife that surrounds you. Enjoy twice daily game drives, river cruises, guided bush walks, canoeing and fishing.

Enjoy the sights and sounds of the African bush, while your skilled ranger will share fascinating facts about the surrounding wildlife. Game drives are the center of the Kariega safari experience and guests will be thrilled by close-up encounters with the likes of lion, elephant and an abundance of other African wildlife.

Toady you will be transferred back to Port Elizabeth Airport where you will bound your domestic flight back to Cape Town for your onward journey home.
