Arrive Cape Town International Airport. You will be met upon arrival for transfer to the One&Only Cape Town Hotel situated in the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.
Check into your accommodation and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.
You will sit down for some drinks and enjoy dinner with your host guide who will run through the journey with you.
Overnight: One&Only Cape Town
You will enjoy your first morning by having some coffee at Truth Coffee before heading for the Old Biscuit Mill for a breakfast / brunch. This is the perfect opportunity to savour some of the local delicacies at the Neighbourgoods Market. We will continue onto the city centre and take a walk around the Company Gardens, the Bo-Kaap with its colourful facades and finally moving towards the Lower Cable Station to ascend Table Mountain for some of the most amazing views of the city.
We will stop for lunch at one of the amazing eateries of the city before enjoying a walk around the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront to experience the vibrant atmosphere. We will stop in for a sundowner at the Bascule Bar where we will enjoy some of our private wine sotred in the cellar of this bar. We will return to the hotel to refresh.
Dinner will be enjoyed at Pot Luck Club or similar – cost of dinner not included.
Overnight: One&Only Cape Town
You will be picked up by your guide early morning for transfer to Simon’s Town where you will meet up with Chris Fallows and the crew of Apex Predators for a thrilling Great White Shark Cage Diving experience. You will head out towards Seal Island from where you will pull a silhouette of a seal behind the boat to have the opportunity of viewing a predation, the shark attacks the shark from below and sometimes you are lucky to see the shark’s whole body out of the water. They will then continue to place the cage into the water for the opportunity to get a face-to-face encounter with this amazing animal.
Chris Fallows is a true professional in his own right and has done some amazing work with National Geographic and Discovery Channel and apart from his knowledge of sharks he is an amazing photographer.
Once finished you will head off to the Constantia Winelands area where we will enjoy lunch at La Colombe, one of South Africa’s best restaurants. We will continue after lunch to have a wine tasting at Eagles Nest Winery, one of the top Shiraz wine farms in the area. We will continue over Constantia Neck and into Hout Bay where we continue onto Chapman’s Peak, one of the most scenic roads on the Peninsula where we will stop for some sundowners before returning to the city and onto the hotel.
You will enjoy some time at leisure before heading off to an amazing setting called Spasie where we will host a private dinner with a local chef paired with good South African wines.
Overnight: One&Only Cape Town
You will head off after breakfast around the Peninsula and head for the Cape of Good Hope where you will have time to enjoy this beautiful part of the Peninsula with amazing empty white sandy beaches mixed with a rocky coastline. You will visit Cape Point and hopefully we will be able to spot a few of the animal species on offer in the park which includes ostrich, baboons, bontebok, eland and even the Cape Mountain Zebra. You will continue onto the town of Simon’s Town where you will visit the famous Boulders Beach with its African Penguin Colony before stopping at The Flagship for lunch. The Flagship with Chef Duncan at the helm offers an amazing lunch with an amazing setting. Chef Duncan will cook up a storm in his culinary home and you will be served an amazing 5 course menu based mainly on seafood with wine.
You will be collected at Miller’s Point (a short drive away) by a helicopter depart on a scenic flight back to Cape Town via Cape Point (enjoying the amazing views from the sea) and heading along the Atlantic Coastline back to the city centre with views of Chapman’s Peak, Hout Bay, The 12 Apostles and jotting down in the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.
You will return to the hotel and refresh until we head for Bistrot Bizerca or similar for a fine meal.
Overnight: One&Only Cape Town
You will set off after breakfast you will head for the Cape Town International Airport from where you jump into some light aircrafts and head over to Hermanus via the coastline whilst flying over the Hermanus with the possibilities of spotting any early Southern Right Whale arrivals from the air. We will land into Pearly Beach Airstrip where our vehicle will be waiting for a short ride over to Gansbaai where we will board a boat in the small Kleinbaai harbour and enjoy the a boat ride to do an Eco-Marine safari. This activity will take us to Geyser Rock, famous for its penguin colony, a huge Cape Fur Seal Colony and also home to Shark Alley. We will be able to see these marine animals as well as the possibility of any early arriving Southern Right Whales that frequents these waters as they migrate from Antarctica on their way to the African coastline. They will mate in the warmer waters and take their young ones down again in this amazing long journey.
We will return to Pearly Beach Airstrip and depart on a scenic flight along the coastline towards Cape Agulhas and surround the southernmost tip of Africa before changing direction and return to Stellenbosch Airstrip. We cross the Helderberg and Stellenbosch Mountains before jotting down on the runway where your vehicle will be waiting.
You will head over to Terroir Restaurant for a late lunch. The restaurant is situated on the Kleine Zalze Wine Estate and is within the Top10 restaurants in South Africa.
You will finish your day at Delaire Graff Estate where you will overnight for the next two nights.

Dinner will be enjoyed at the hotel in the famous Delaire Graff Restaurant or in their private cellar.
Overnight: Delaire Graff Estate
You will depart the morning after breakfast and explore the town of Stellenbosch before heading out to Waterford Estate where we will join the cellar master for a wine safari and explore the property and its terroir whilst tasting some of their delectable wines. The tasting areas in amongst the vineyard will allow some amazing views of the surrounding area.
We will head onto Overture Restaurant and on the Hidden Valley wine estate where Chef Bertus Basson will cook up storm whilst enjoying some of the most amazing views over the nearby estates and valley leading down the Helderberg Mountain.
We will leave the restaurant after lunch and head for the Cheetah Outreach Programme where you will have a private interaction with a Cheetah and learn more about this animal and its difficulties in daily survival.
Return to the hotel at the end of the day and enjoy some time to refresh before heading off to either Tokara Restaurant or The Tasting Room at Le Quartier Francais for dinner. The Tasting Room is a special experience and really worth the
Overnight: Delaire Graff Estate
Depart after breakfast for the Cape Town International Airport for your private charter flight to Maun Airport. You will pass through immigration and border formalities before continuing onto the Macatoo Camp situated in the Okavango Delta.
A safari vehicle will be waiting for you at the airstrip for a 45 minute safari driver or boat ride (depending on water levels) to the camp where the lodge staff will be waiting to greet you and settle you into the camp.
Depart on your evening horseback ride to enjoy the sunset. These rides are at a slow pace in order to really take advantage of the photo opportunities that the beautiful African sunset creates. After your ride, you will have some time to freshen up before your candle lit dinner by the fire and an early nights rest.
After an early wake up call with some coffee and breakfast snacks served in bed, you will be served breakfast by the campfire followed by your first long ride of the holiday.
This ride may include galloping across dried flood plains, swimming through flood waters or pushing on through seas of tall grass all whilst enjoying the wildlife around you.
Lunch is served back at the lodge after your long morning ride and some time to rest before your evening ride which often includes a sunset drink whilst out in the bush.
Dinner is served at the lodge and the rest of the evening at leisure.
Today after breakfast you depart on your morning ride, with a slightly different scenery to yesterday. Today you will have more game viewing opportunities and a change in pace of ride. After lunch, the pool is perfect for a cool down and you will have some time to relax and soak up the sun and watch the wildlife that wonders around near the camp.
The evening can be enjoyed either with another sunset ride or alternatively sunset fishing from boats or the banks of the pools where hippos wallow, game drives, walks or boat rides.
Dinner is served around the fire
After breakfast you will spend your last morning splashing through water on the plains and staying quite close to the camp. Today the riding pace will pick up, and be prepared to get wet as you ride very quickly through the water. Bird life is abundant in this area and a beautiful way to enjoy your last ride in the area.
Enjoy a shower and change before you say goodbye to your horse and the lodge.
Depart after check out for your charter flight to Zarafa where you will be met by the staff and assisted with check in.
After lunch, you will depart on a late afternoon activity which could include guided walks, cruising on the lagoon (depending on water levels) or a game viewing safari with a stop for sundowners in amongst the wild animals and beautiful scenery.
Return to the lodge for dinner and an evening around the African fire and an early nights rest.
Today starts with an early morning wake up call for a bite to eat, some coffee and departure on your morning safari drive. Spend about 3 hours searching for the various wildlife, stopping for some breakfast snacks along the way whilst absorbing your natural surrounds.
Return to the lodge for a day of relaxation; enjoy the facilities of the lodge as well as the various activities on offer such as walking and cruising on the lagoon.
After lunch you will depart on a late afternoon activity and return to the lodge for dinner at the camp.
Today starts again with departure on your safari, perfect photo opportunities to see some of Africa’s best game viewing. You will stop for some coffee in amongst the wildlife before returning to the lodge for breakfast.
Spend the day relaxing at the lodge, enjoying your natural surrounds and top quality service and facilities. After lunch is served you will depart on your afternoon activity and return to the lodge for dinner.
Enjoy the morning at leisure with an amazing breakfast. You will depart with your guide from the lodge to the airstrip for your charter flight to Kasane airport to clear customs and then on to Livingstone Airport, Zambia. Upon arrival in Zambia you will be met by your guide for your private transfer to Tongabezi Lodge situated on the banks of the Zambezi River.
Check into your accommodation and enjoy the afternoon at leisure. You will have lunch out on the main deck overlooking the Zambezi River. The remainder of the afternoon will be spent at leisure at the lodge.
Dinner will be enjoyed at the lodge.
You will depart the morning after breakfast for the Victoria Falls where you will meet up with a specialist guide that will give you an insight into the history of David Livingstone as he arrived into this area. This tour begins with the story of the Victoria Missionary and Explorer David Livingstone. Explore not only the greatest waterfall on earth, but its place in history from the earliest residents to the first European Visitor, the building of the bridge and the many colourful characters that passed this way in time. This is a fascinating slice of Africa’s story that will leave you with a deeper understanding of the continents, Past, Present and Future set against the backdrop of the one of the seven natural wonders of the world.
You will stop in at the Royal Livingstone Hotel from where you will set off from next to the deck area by boat for a visit to the Livingstone Island (subject to water levels). The island is situated in the middle of the Falls and you will be able to experience first-hand how David Livingstone arrived onto the small island and how her discovered the Victoria Falls for the first time. You will enjoy lunch on the island and also have the possibility of swimming in the Devil’s Pool, a small natural swimming pool in the middle of the Falls (should water levels be acceptable).
Return to mainland and continue onto the helipad from where you will depart on a helicopter flight to enjoy a “birds-eye-view” of the Falls and the myriad of channels between the island in the main river. The Zambezi River will be in full flow and the spectacle of the mist of Mosi-oa-Tunya (local name for the Falls meaning “the smoke that thunders”) will tower almost 1000 feet into the air above the Falls. The flight will be a duration of around 12-15 minutes and allow for good photographic opportunities.
Return back to the lodge and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Depart on an afternoon boat ride on the Zambezi River at sunset enjoying a sundowner drink. You will be able to see elephant, hippopotamus, crocodiles, a variety of antelope and bird species.
Dinner will be served at the lodge
You will enjoy your last morning game drive or even just decide to sleep in on the last morning.
You will be transferred to the airstrip and depart on your private charter flight to Johannesburg.
Arriving in Johannesburg, you will be met and assisted with onward arrangements.
