At the appropriate time, our representatives will pick you up from your hotel for the transfer to Quito’s airport to take your Amazon flight. Your guide will assist you and help with the airline check-in procedures.

A scenic 45-minute flight to El Coca over the Eastern Andes mountain range is the beginning of this fantastic experience.

After landing, a short 15-minute drive to the port in the Napo River will take you onto a comfortably covered motorboat. Here we start a boat ride along the Napo for approximately 2 hours.

After arriving at Napo Wildlife Center’s welcome dock area on the Napo river, the real jungle ride begins as we take a magical and peaceful 1-hour dugout canoe journey along a narrow creek that connects to the lake where the Lodge is located on a lagoon. You will marvel as the sounds and sites of the jungle envelope you.

There are high chances to spot wildlife: several species of monkeys as well as small and large birds like toucans, parrots, or even macaws — late afternoon arrival at the Lodge.
