Day 1 – Arrival in Cape Town
Welcome to the Mother City!
Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be met by an ERM Tours representative for a warm welcome and assisted transfer to your hotel. Enjoy a scenic 40-minute drive with views of Table Mountain as you approach the city.
After check-in, the rest of the day is at leisure to relax or explore your surroundings. We recommend a stroll through the nearby V&A Waterfront, with its mix of restaurants, shops, and ocean views.

Day 3 – Cape Point Peninsula Adventure
After breakfast, depart for a Private Full-Day Cape Point Tour — one of South Africa’s most scenic journeys.
Travel along the Atlantic Seaboard, passing Clifton and Camps Bay, en route to Hout Bay, where you can take a short cruise to Duiker Island to view the Cape Fur Seal colony. Continue along the spectacular Chapman’s Peak Drive to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point, where dramatic cliffs overlook the meeting of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.
Lunch will be enjoyed at Harbour House Kalk Bay (for own account)
On your return, stop at Boulders Beach to visit the African Penguin colony, then explore the magnificent Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens at the foot of Table Mountain.

Day 2 – Cape Town City Orientation & Table Mountain
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before meeting your guide for a Private Full-Day City Orientation and Table Mountain Tour.
Ascend Table Mountain (weather permitting) via cable car for panoramic views of the city, Table Bay, and Robben Island. Explore Company’s Garden, Greenmarket Square, and the historic Castle of Good Hope, and stroll through the colorful Bo-Kaap quarter with its cobblestone streets and vibrant homes.
Return to your hotel in the afternoon and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 7 – Wine, Chocolate & the Cape Winelands
After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, complete check out formalities and, depart on a private full-day tour into the heart of the Cape Winelands, a region celebrated for its rolling vineyards, historic Cape Dutch architecture, and world-class wines.
Your first stop is the picturesque Waterford Estate, located in the Blaauwklippen Valley of Stellenbosch. Here, indulge in the estate’s signature wine and chocolate pairing experience, a collaboration between renowned winemaker Kevin Arnold and artisan chocolatier Richard von Geusau. Savor the harmony of handcrafted chocolates matched perfectly with Waterford’s elegant red and dessert wines — a truly sensory journey.
Continue your exploration of the Winelands with lunch and a wine tasting at another esteemed local wine farm, surrounded by scenic mountain backdrops and vineyard views.
In the late afternoon, transfer to Boschendal Wine Estate, one of South Africa’s oldest and most iconic farms, dating back to 1685. Check in and enjoy the evening at leisure to explore the estate’s beautiful gardens, farm shop, and heritage buildings or dine at one of its acclaimed restaurants.

Head out on your second game drive of the day as African sun begins to plunge below the horizon. The animals become more active again and the nocturnal animals get ready for to hunt.
As the sun sets the ranger will find a nice spot for a ‘sundowner’ where you will stop to watch the sunset and enjoy a drink of your choice. They might also stop for a little star gazing.

Enjoy breakfast at the lodge before your private transfer to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport in Nelspruit (approximately 3 hours) for your flight to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a friendly representative for personalised meet-and-assist service and transferred to your hotel..
As the afternoon fades, you’ll be collected for a Sunset Cruise on the mighty Zambezi River. Drift along the tranquil waters as the sky transforms into brilliant shades of orange and pink. Keep watch for elephants, hippos, and crocodiles along the riverbanks while enjoying drinks and light snacks aboard.
Return to the hotel in time for dinner and a relaxed evening under the African sky.

Day 9 – The Majesty of Victoria Falls & Safari Encounters
After breakfast, set out on a morning game drive in the private reserve — the perfect opportunity to encounter Africa’s wildlife up close, with possible sightings of elephant, buffalo, and antelope, along with the region’s prolific birdlife.
Later, enjoy a guided tour of Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Known locally as Mosi-oa-Tunya — “The Smoke That Thunders” — the Falls are a breathtaking spectacle as millions of litres of water cascade over basalt cliffs into the gorge below. Visit the main viewpoints, including the Devil’s Cataract, Main Falls, Rainbow Falls, and Horseshoe Falls, each offering a different perspective of this natural marvel.
Lunch is at leisure, followed by an afternoon free for optional activities. Choose to embark on a Rhino Encounter, take an evening game drive, or simply unwind at your lodge and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Day 10 – Farewell to Africa
After breakfast and a leisurely morning, complete your checkout formalities before your transfer to Victoria Falls Airport for your flight to Johannesburg.
On arrival in Johannesburg, proceed to check in for your international flight home, marking the end of your unforgettable Southern African journey — a blend of Cape elegance, wild adventure, and natural wonder.
