- 14h00 - Guests’ arrival at Kasane immigration and boat transfer to Kasika immigration for stamping into Namibia.
- 14h30 - after completing the quick border formalities the guests will start their spectacular transfer cruise to Serondela Lodge. Abundant wildlife sighting during the 1h30 transfer.
- 16h00 - Serondela Lodge managers will give guests a detailed briefing on the Lodge protocols - this will cover safety, etiquette, meals, activities, and general camp info. All guests will then have a quick chat on the camp layout.
- 16h20 - Guests will then be escorted to their rooms; a member of staff or management will show you around your room with an introduction and orientation.
- 18:00 - Guest will be accompanied to the lodge spectacular sundown spot along the banks of the Chobe River.
- 19:00 - Dinner will be served at the main area deck. During dinner Simone Micheletti would like to give a short talk about Serondela Lodge and the Wild Waters Group.
- After dinner guests can enjoy a ‘nightcap’ and will then be escorted to their rooms.
Scenic Boat Transfer
- 07h30 - Meet in the main area for a continental breakfast.
- 08h30 - Depart for your village walk and meet the local fisherman's community.
- 10h30 - Boat transfer back to the Lodge.
- 12:30 - Depart for a light lunch cruise with spectacular wildlife sightings!
- 14:00 - Return to Serondela Lodge and relax until the next activity.
- 16:30 - Depart for the Chobe Sundown Cruise.
- 18:30 - Return to the Lodge.
- 19:00 - Dinner will be served at the main area deck.
- After dinner guests can enjoy a ‘nightcap’ and will then be escorted to their rooms.
- 06h30 - Meet in the main area for a continental breakfast.
- 07h30 - Departure for the boat transfer to Kasane.
- 12h30 - Guests’ arrival to Daka Plains via charter or transfer, our friendly staff and Management team will be waiting to welcome you with a welcome drink and refresher towel. (Alcoholic and Non-alcoholic will be provided).
- 12h45 - IAN BATCHELOR will give guests a detailed briefing on the Lodge protocols - this will cover safety, etiquette, meals, activities, and general camp info. All guests will then have a quick chat on the camp layout.
- 13h00 - Guests will then be escorted to their rooms; a member of staff or management will show you around your room with an introduction and orientation.
- 13h15 – Meet for lunch in the main area, where you will enjoy a two- course meal and refreshing beverages. (Please kindly advise on dietary requirements before arrival).
- 15h30 - Guests will meet for high tea up at the main area, this will include a variety of sweet and savoury treats!
- 16h00 - Meet for our Afternoon Game Drive.
- 18h00 – Sundowners at Lookout Hill.
- 18h45 - Return to Lodge at our own pace, where staff will meet you with a refreshing drink and towel. The fire will be lit, and a bar laid out on the main deck. Guests can either go back to their rooms to freshen up or choose to do this after dinner.
- 19h00 - Ian Batchelor will give a short talk on the Deka area, and the history of the area known as Daka. This will cover several different aspects from the early people and Explorers to the geological and natural importance of the area.
- 20h00 - Dinner will be served under the stars on the deck, next to the pool. During dinner Ian would like to give a short talk on our plans for the Daka area over the next few years.
- After dinner guests can enjoy a ‘nightcap’ by the fire and will then be escorted to their rooms.

- 05h30 - Early morning wake up, with tea and coffee or fresh juice (please advise staff the night before which you would prefer).
- 05h45 - Meet in the main area for a light continental breakfast, ranging from Muffins, flapjacks, cereal, fruit salad and yogurts accompanied by teas and coffees/fresh juice.
- 06h30 - Depart for your Professional Guided walk with Ian Batchelor and Tracker Confidence Gumengei which would generally last for 2 – 3 hours, this however depends on the group and comfort levels. You will meet the Game Drive vehicle at Reedbuck Vlei. Where you will be driven back Daka Plains, where staff will welcome you with a drink and refresher towel.
- 10h30/11 - Arrive at Daka Plains.
- 11h30 - Meet at the main area for a delectable brunch spread ranging from French toast to omelettes with various other sweet and savoury goodies. Ian Batchelor will provide another brief talk about the fauna and flora of this side of Hwange and it’s ecosystems. A tour of the Lodge will follow shortly after brunch.
- 12h30 - Down time! Guests are free to relax by the pool or have an afternoon at leisure.
- 15h30 - Guests will meet for high tea up at the main area, this will include a variety of sweet and savoury treats!
- 16h00 - Depending on the interests of the group, we may do a drive with a short, professionally guided walk or drive to the sundowner spot Reedbuck Vlei overlooking one of the springs in the area.
- 19h30 - Meet for a 3-course dinner (orders will be taken in the morning before you depart for your morning activity.
- After dinner guests can enjoy a ‘nightcap’ by the fire and will then be escorted to their rooms. For those who would like to have a talk on the stars, Ian would be delighted to show you the constellations and Southern Hemisphere sky orientation.
